Hi again! We're finally at my second fave episode in the whole series (ep8 is first to no one's surprise) I remember watching this for the first time and I was so surprised that it was over so quickly but it is so so good. I love that Togetoge's chemistry as a band has grown so much to the point of casual bickering and their bond also reflects in their music. Oh, to answer your question if Tomo got mad at Rupa's fan girls, during episode when the girl screamed that she will never wash again after getting hugged, Tomo was like "How about you wash your heads?" LOL Take a shot every time Momoka gayzes at Nina throughout the episode. We'll be passed out drunk lmao. Her gayzes are present before but holy shit it's A LOT in this episode. Personally the whole episode had this different kind of feel (the good kind). Maybe it was the anticipation of their performance, but I enjoyed it a lot. Everyone's bickering, the momonina side hug (I was grinning like an idiot here), Tomo telling Rupa to stop drinking (let her drink!!), and even Subaru finally got the courage to tell her grandma (tbh I wished we could see more of this and everything would happen on screen instead of being 'resolved' behind the scenes). Also, we finally got to see DD perform a song that's not VOID (I hate Hina but the song is good....) And speaking of their performance, their outfits are so good and Nina looks so so cool. And is it just me or does Nina look so mature in the ep especially in the performance segment. The song is also such a banger and I keep rewatching it in YT (as of now it has 2.2M views!!! How awesome is that?). It's so addicting. But probably my favorite part is Nina's speech/MC right before the performance. It's so powerful like the song and you could hear how she was determined to prove to EVERYONE that she's right. That hers and Momoka's decision to tread this path was right. Anyways, the series is almost ending. I'm sad but I hope you guys enjoy it.

It's great to see how Rae and Claire have grown together and settled in to married life and fostered two such sweet daughters. It's such a good story with great character growth and not just with Rae and Claire, but you also see it with some of the side characters. If you think back to when Rae and Claire were talking about what the future would be like for them; the epilogue and bonus story mirror that conversation. I wonder if the reason there is no picture of the twins was so they could surprise use with a family picture on the front cover of the third book. The author considers the first two books to be act 1 and the last three books to be act 2. May and Aleah's past is upsetting, being exploited because of their curse, but being fostered by Rae and Claire, has been a major turning point for the twins, and you will see how they will continue to thrive with with Rae and Claire's love in act 2.

That hug between Rupa and Tomo looked like more than friends to me, but it wouldn't kill the director to throw in a kiss so we could know for sure. I really liked the animation for the song "Emptiness and Catharsis", it was both artistic and technically impressive. Unfortunately, it was confirmed about a month ago that the movie has been delayed from Winter 2024 to Winter 2025 :(

BTW the the white haired girl is Nagisa from Rebellion, and Yes Charlotte was the name of her Witch, but Mami was calling her Bebe in the movie. s Other small things, the lizard was also in Rebellion, but hidden in only a few frames. Also notice the feathers falling in the end of the trailer, if watch it in slow motion, the black feathers start to dye into white spots, then almost all white, then fades back to black.

The long-haired girl at the grave is just Rupa from the past before she cut her hair. She was visiting her family’s grave. Also notice how a petal from the bouquet of flower she was holding flew into the next frame to them performing on the stage? I think that symbolized her family coming to see their performance. 🥲

Pin said, "Tiger mode activated" for real. Pin has really grown into her Yandere/Sadodere ways. Pin really had me shook. The way she was looking at Anin the whole time during that scene...I dont think I breathed. Anin is like a puppy dog in love...staring at Pin wanting to give her wide-eyed kisses. Prik will always be captain of the ship. Pia is like the wacky first mate. Prince Anan knows now. I hope they follow the book. All I will say is Anan will move the sun and moon to give Anin everything she wants and desires. In the books, Pin has two main male suitors--Thanit and Kuea. Thanit never confesses to Pin, though Pin knows how he feels. Kueakiat serves his purpose, but he is a slimy snake. I love the song that Freen and Becky sing during the market scene. The drama is about to start next episode. I'm currently re-reading what comes after this episode and good grief. I really hope that they do the Princess Patt side story. Great reaction as always, and I can't wait until Sunday.

May and Aleah are adorable but my FAVORITE part of the epilogue is seeing how lovey dovey Claire is now. She makes just as many demands to Rei, but now she’s wants her to be MORE affectionate not less. And of course Rei is always happy to oblige

Great reaction videos, kudos! If I remember correctly, Princess Anin is the one who gets both male and female admirers as being shown in the series, while Lady Pin all her admirers are male. Princess Patt 'friend' just consume that as that is really one of her friends, her story I think will only be told in the series when everything is out in the open about Princess Anin and Lady Pin, as the relationship between the two will remind her of her own tragic/heartbreaking story, don't worry I won't spoil but Princess Patt love story is really heartbreaking, that's why I really can't hate her. The older brother finding out about Princess Anin and Lady Pin, this was not in the book. In the book the older brother only found out when Princess Anin said that she is a much better choice for Lady Pin compared to Master Kuea, this was in the trailer so it is not a spoiler, the scene where their mother was crying. So I am not sure how this will pan out since the older brother find out first, I think he will be processing this, and observing on the next episode. I hope he won't do anything drastic/stupid that will hurt Princess Anin and Lady Pin. But since his character was build up as this doting/loving older brother who will give everything even the moon and stars to Princess Anin, so I hope he will be supportive still. The Hua Hin vacation, I think the middle brother was the one who invited Master Kuea since he is his friend and as a friend he is just being nice wanting Master Kuea to win Lady Pin's affection, and since he has his Fiancé Lady On with him of course the sister, Lady Aon is also coming. The Hua Hin vacation episode is another roller coaster of emotions, there is of course super fluff/romantic scenes between Princess Anin and Lady Pin, then there's the jealousy part, and you will have this anger towards Master Kuea more. The actor playing Master Kuea had a live and he mentioned about his character as Master Kuea and he said he as well despises Master Kuea as he really is evil/bad, we haven't seen the real bad/evil side. We are only seeing the pushy and can't get a clue that he really is not wanted by Lady Pin, but there's more to it I guess, since he said he is evil/bad. In the book yeah he is a jerk, but I am not sure if in the series they added a more sinister twist to his character that we will all get so angry with him. But he really is super red flag, like saying things, acting on things to make Lady Pin succumb to him. Like on the party, where he said he will just stand then with Lady Pin since she doesn't want to take a seat with her, and of course being the modest Lady Pin she has no choice but to take a seat with him, since all the other prince and guest are looking at them. And the food, when he said you have to eat this or else you will have to dance with me, that's like wtf, what if Lady Pin is already full, but since she doesn't want to dance with him, so Lady Pin doesn't have a choice but to eat what was offered by him, and look at his proud face after doing it, red flag super red flag. As for Lady Aon, I am not sure how much more is her character, since in the book she's just in the background and never really had anything else, but it seems in the series there's something more to her character, since on the trailer she had another confrontation scene with Princess Anin, and said a line "If her relationship is a taboo, then your relationship with Lady Pin is also the same, your Highness", so I guess there's more to Lady Aon character.

Wow, episode 8, the loyal pin meets fifty shades of grey/pink! Fifty shades of Pin! Pin in top form, certainly had an interesting way to punish Anin's naughty behaviour, and Anin accepted her punishment with enthusiasm. Did Pin get her moves from one of the books she translated? Need a cooling shower! Love how Anin went about putting off the male vultures (suitors) with her part eaten meet! Anin: Indirect kiss anyone? Male vultures: NO! get that away from me! Pin: Yes please! Anin! "Gimme all your lovin' All your hugs and kisses too" What a huge assortment of Thai food we get to see in these episodes! For some unknown reason I feel hungry after watching! Green Kuea pooh, is still hanging around Pin, as if the cat has left an unwelcome present and even after cleaning it up, the smell keeps returning no matter how hard you try to get rid of it! Pin rejected you! Another prat that needs to poop off. And we have more 'girls must get married', cow droppings, poor Anin and Pin having that idea forced on them. Anin has made clear she does not want to be married, does not seem like she is being listened to. From what I gather, same sex relationships between women was never a specific criminal offence in the UK, but would not be surprised if they were sentenced under other crimes. Same sex relationships between men was illegal from 1885 until 1967 in England and Wales and 1980 in Scotland. I have heard that there are records of UK parliamentary debates in 1921 showing that Members of Parliament (MPs) and peers were afraid it would publicise lesbianism and encourage respectable women to try it.

I wonder 2 thing 1. I believe anin when she said they never be parted but I think pin will take the choice out of her hands and marry kuea to protect anin 2. I wonder if anin will develop a drinking problem because we she her drunk in this episode and drinking again in the next I think it would be interesting and give her an pin something else to battle alongside the rest of the kuea and pin stuff

This was so fun to watch! Thanks for the refresher. Its been a while since i've seen the earlier Acts of Arcane so its interesting to go all the way back to the beginning Its so strange seeing all this transpire KNOWING the pain that's coming soon. Nothing on the earth can ever prepare me for it. No matter how many times ive seen it, it always HURTS!! Can't wait for the next one! bring on Episode 2!

I think the second Wan saw Pleng again, her goal was to get Pleng back and claim Pleng as her own. I think Wan is doing a good job fighting not to just ravish Pleng the second she got into the apartment. Now that Pleng is there, it's only a matter of time. The clock is ticking down to them ending up in the bed doing 'happy happy fun time'. Still don't like EK. He is a waste, but he serves his purpose, I suppose. Next episode is going to be the one. I think so far the pacing of the show is pretty good considering the novel. The chemistry between Sonya and Lookmhee is crazy. They are on the level of LingOrm, Freenbecky and Englot in that their chemistry jumps off the screen. They just have to be looking at each other geez. Great reaction as always and I can't wait for the next episode.

Not gonna lie Affair is taking and giving me back years of life at any given moment!!! Ek is still around and I am hating him more and more just for existing LOL Pleng life was horrible, I can't imagine a 17 yo having to learn how to live by herself after so much trauma and unnecessary hate (and without much money). I am impressed that she was able to keep a roof on her head at all Wan is traumatized very badly and has practically not lived for those 13 years much, seems like she did all things Pleng would have loved her to do but without getting any pleasure for any accomplishment she was able to reach I wonder what's Aunt Wi problem with Pleng, she should have been like a second daugther but to learn that she never even liked her?!? I wonder if this is being jelous of the "rich family" or if there is some history we still don't know about because how can she resent so badly a poor orphan that she practically raised for 17 years? can't wait for the next episode, looks like it will be steamy Thank you for another great reaction
