Oaey is the one with the glasses, she was in the pilot for GAP. She was 1/2 of what we all called "Apple Couple" from "that" apple feeding scene. Also fun fact, that couple was actually gonna be the characters that the main couple from Mate are. Oaey was going to play Genlong and Jaja was going to be Aoey, but in Mate Oaey is Aoey and Grace is Genlong. They own the place that Sam and Mon go and stay at on vacation(?), but in the show with the changes that happened, the couple that owned the hotel is basically them. The show has 12 eps in total btw.

This story is really very unique as it dives deep into the issue of PTSD and SA 🥺🥺😥😥. So giving you a heads up to prepare a lot of tissues, cause its truly heartbreaking gg 💔💔😭😭. I mean this with absolutely no ill will or disrespect but what is the purpose of having to tell people you are a “Lesbian couple reacting to…”? Is it to let people know you are lesbians in case they didn’t know? Attract lesbian viewers? I realize there’s probably not a good way to ask that, especially on social media these days, without sounding like an a-hole, but I mean that as nothing more than as a curious question! You don’t see “Heterosexual couple reacts to…” on videos, so I’m wondering where the angle or train of thought comes from on that. Oh no it's over. I like that we got two love stories in one anime. There is a short (61 minute) Korean yuri animated movie called Geu Yeoreum (The Summer) that I thought was really well done, although a bit melancholy. I like how the manga points out since Yori remains completely oblivious to the amount of lesbian drama she caused by simply being her cool self. Speaking of yuri anime that don’t get satisfying endings, I learned a little while ago my favourite manga was getting adapted, which is fantastic news except for the fact that it’s a real slow-burn romance.

What a lovely end to the anime! Glad they ended with Yori and Himari's third shown kiss after skipping the summer festival and other Yori Himari moments. The rooftop scene it a nice romantic moment for them and even more romantic in the manga. The anime ends at an interesting place for Aki Shiho, like a mirror of before Yori and Himari started dating. Shiho, like Yori, has confessed her feelings and made it clear with the cheek kiss that she wants to be more than just friends with Aki. Aki still needs to sort out her feelings, and like Himari was before asking Yori out, Aki has to decide If she wants to start dating Shiho.

Definitely read the manga, because they skipped a major part of Himari and Yori’s relationship growth. And I think you’ll love everything after the ending of the show as well.
