Valorant is a team game and solo climbing is a battle of attrition, if you haven't lost your mental yet ur doing good. When trying to climb, only play 3-5 games a day. Make it a best of 3 or 5, if win 2 stop queuing, if lose 3 stop queuing. Alt accounts where you don't care about elo are great because they get rid of playing anxiety as well. Watch some pro players who stream ur agents solo and steal their strats as well. You'll make it if you keep it up, or be hard stuck immortal.

don't worry we've all been there, my advice for low elo is to just ego, not in game but in your mind, believe that you can do anything or that you're the best player alive and you'll rank up quickly. I've been hardstuck gold 3 for an act, changed regions to NA and now diamond 2 and still ranking up. We all have bad games just don't lose hope, stay calm and learn from pros!

comprehensive list of things i noticed in the defense half: round 2: pre-round im not too sure about the garage cage, if you like it go for it but keep the thought of saving a cage for later as a possibility good reposition to fight with the team around 1:00 at 1:03 if you're staring at the map maybe knife out and run (no point in walking as your team is already fighting and it should be a free kill regardless of if they hear you) round 3: good reposition at around 2:30, should set you up nicely 2:38 i think rather than fighting that ranged angle with the spectre either walk up and play off your clove or play for the off angle when they come out on site (like holding the cross out short from long, probably wont get cleared that way) at 2:43 i think calling the clove over would be good since they have timing, espec since you know they're likely hard clearing you (since youre stuck) or rotating (in which the fight is favourable anyway) 2:50 i think the off angle reposition is good there, well played (sucks that you didnt have a one tap gun) round 4: nothing much here, maybe run in site to play off your clove's positioning but spamming is fine too round 5: 6:49 nice shot, calm aim definitely paying off 7:13 good swing off the reload sound cue, maybe call to push as you're swinging so you're more likely to get a refrag on the guy hell or wherever else on site 7:20 what the shit 7:24 LOL i think calling to swing so your neon and kayo flood on site simultaneously as you peek the enemy neon is what could have changed the round in your favour also this is really nitpicky but maybe be just that little bit more clear on where the enemies are, you said "3 c" and in neon's eyes that means to rotate, even though they didn't really show any signs of pushing (smokes, utildump, or running) round 6: 8:30 i like this bait for the clove, really smart to just go for contact and back up so clove gets a free kill 8:56 good call to play cross, unlucky that the neon just went for the tiktok clip round 7: 9:40 as you pointed out chamber dc'd so maybe on a buy round you could play for a flank, especially since they don't seem to be pushing C as often, maybe try walking up long and see where that gets you all good eco round round 8: last time they had neon ult they went a and it worked out well, will probably call a similar strat so maybe call a switch for you to play towards A site 12:10 very good shooting round 9: 13:40 breach is cooked asl for not calling that hes ulting, especially with that suspicious-ass clove smoke that's bound to drop soon round 10: again their a hits have been working out really well so calling that switch would be nice 14:56 my bad i was wrong 15:10 good call that they're not pushing round 11: (surely they go a again? right? after their C hit just failed? after their A worked?) 15:50 good call again 16:26 picking up b is good the retake was sloppy, your team didn't go out simultaneously, probably just a comms thing but keep that in mind 16:40 crouch spray with vandal is kinda iffy, especially with the bullets you had left round 12: i think maybe rotate a little bit faster, especially since your clove called that they were hitting A (and also they didnt throw much of a B lurk their entire attack half) 18:52 nice shot

(and i think 25 too? tragic.) i see the vyse pick rather than cypher on sunset 🥶 just one thing that i notice that a lot of pro players do, is that while a lot of them do have 'calm' aim, they dont really take a long time to confirm that their shots are on the head. the calmness really shows when they either miss or are caught off guard, rather than where they're one-tapping the other guy before they have a chance for example on that omen on sunset around 1:20, you started to shoot quickly (which is fine, i think) but then committed to that spray (which probably isnt fine). this is probably a composure thing, which also ties into the calmness maybe that was all yap, but wtv KEEP IT GOING STAY CONSISTENT WOOOOOO 🔥🔥🔥
