I create this channel to share my experience in English. I started meditation in 2005. I joined a meditation group Shri Ram Chandra mission. I found it was greatly fruitful and share worthy. I feel it is the easiest way to get happiness in life. We get all help from this type of meditation whether physical, spiritual or economical. It changed my life so I feel it is my duty to share my experience with all.

Our every action or thought is a seed. Whatever thought we take, it gives long lasting results. So we have to become very careful while taking an action. We cannot enjoy our success till we are not pure from within. Impurities within as make us unreasonable. We are not able to understand what is right and what is wrong in real sense. In this video this is the question - Is God really there? People worship God, fight in the name of god, insult people in the name of god, tire themselves following many rituals without believing that god is really present there. So they do many wrong things out of worship place or many do wrong even within worshipping place. It results endless pain.

we don't know how to make connection with God. So we make many mistakes.
