Sir while mentioning the defination of Judge in the beginning you had mentioned crpc as bhartiya nyaya sanhita which is incorrect . It's Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita not Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. Erstwhile act for BNS is IPC.

Sir i have recently completed my final year ballb from MSU...i am in such situation where i am desperately in need to earn money right now due to certain circumstances...i have applied to one firm for same but they required marksheet which you know the university has not issued us original marksheet...hence the opportunity was lost to me..secondly i am currently learning macp cases.....nonetheless what do you suggest would be beneficial to me to go forward with if even so i want to pursue macp whats it future according to you be it as panel advocate in insurance company or independent petitions and secondly what all opportunity or exam or jobs should i apply to considering my current situation...
Do apply to as many companies and competitive exam where fresher is allowed macp is evergreen field, try to make contact with insurance companies or seniors dealing with macp to get experience

I am shortlisted for the interview here, Do you have any idea what kind of questions they will ask here?? As I have not given any interview, but I have good CV, will this help me in interview? I should include only research related things and courses in my Resume? As I have done many courses? Here I am confused. So could you please help me regarding the same.
Research should be at top of your cv as it is their basic requirement others can be an add-on for the same. Interview questions can be related to research, research software, how it is operated, etc. All the best for the interview 👍
