Doe’s the frustration of saying things precisely three or four times before something happens. Nullify the convenience of voice control over simply flicking switches. I think this smart home thing strokes our ego, making us think we are somehow more important than we really are. I have this same setup at my place. And it’s not as fantastic as you might think. I am constantly repeating myself to make things happen. And it’s a lot of setting up to make it work how it should. Hours of watching TH-cam to learn how to connect things. You enable a skill with Alexa only to find it only works in America. My obsession with my smart home has driven my family mad.

You don't have to pause after saying alexa - just say the whole sentence at once.

Did anyone figure out how to troubleshoot this? I'm having the same problem, and on my second replacement.

I bought the key pad for a few dollars on ebay because a lot of the letters were worn off, and watching your video my hubby replaced it in 10 mins. He said when you pull off the old keypad, after loosening it., To pull slowly, that way less adhesive will be left behind. Mine is the Droid 3 ad so it was hard to get under the top edge, but he just went around 3 sides. and was able to ease it up and out. Looks nice now. Thanks for sharing.

I have to replace my droid 3 keyboard..some keys, like : Z, X, @, Spacebar , M do not or i have to push harder. Doenst look like software issue Is the replacement for this device same, or do i have to unscrew all the screws at the battery side?

I was in this crowd today also. It was crazy! 3 hour wait. It was a fun ride but wasn't as good as I had hoped :/ my friends said it was kinda boring. The first launch out of the staition is awesome and up the tower. I tried the line again at 5:30 but still 2 hour wait. I passed on a re-ride :/
