Would you say complete lack of belief is one of the challenges for young people these days? Here in 2022 we have so much better information than our parents that most likely indoctrinated us before the age of critical thinking. Our parents just believe because that is what their parents taught them and so on. The fear of hell and the selfish rewards of heaven (carrot and stick) keep people stuck in these religions. Don't get me wrong it's the same deal if you are Christian or Muslim so I'm not picking sides they are both as bad as each other. Anyway nowadays we can see that the bible was written by 'who knows who' as we don't know and have virtually nothing external to it. You really are taught 'for the bible tells me so' or 'for the Quran tells me so'. You have to swallow it up and for get good evidence. Science is closing the gaps and there just doesn't seem any need for the man created supernatural world. What are you thoughts please? Best Gray - from the UK
