I beat the extreme striker cup recently as well as level 5 CPU. It wasn’t super hard but definitely had a challenge.

It’s funny, I clicked on this video to see where my two absolute favorite DS Mario games ranked- Mario Kart and Mario Party, and they were number 10 and number 9 lol. I reckon I have unconventional taste.

There are some Japan only ones too. Yakuman DS and Itadaki Street DS.

This is one of the reasons why before 2018-2023 (seriously, Peach kicked more ass than ever before in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Super Mario RPG; both versions, Princess Peach: Showtime and the underrated 2023 Mario movie, even though it made over a billion dollars because a lot of people just want us you to think that it’s really an overrated movie from a “misunderstood” decade we secretly hate but want to hypocritically like while “hating Disney’s recent movies for doing the same thing or just simply breathing” when these people seem to be the ones to misunderstand why we prefer the latest Mario movie and anticipate the potential of it to be a franchise for having more of a soul, a kinder-spirited nature and actual animation) after the ending of the otherwise epic Super Mario Odyssey, I didn’t know whether to like Princess Peach for making herself useful or hate her for being the Amy Rose (mid 00s to early 2010s) of the series (because of the times she tried to hit Sonic with a hammer despite doing more good than harm) but knew there were so much better characters in the franchise that don’t get as much credit. Other than that, you know the DS was a solid console (and time to be a Mario fan) when the worst games on the console are still decent unless you count WarioWare: Snapped)

Two things not mentioned in the video: 1) I forgot to mention Mario & Sonic 2010’s campaign mode despite it being the main reason I ranked it above the 2008 one. Silly me 2) I left out the Wario games since I haven’t played them well enough to feel comfortable including them on this list

*What I hate about The Mario Strikers trilogy* You know how Mario characters (at least Princess Peach) have a history of sulking once they don’t come in first? Well, here, at least with Peach (and even Daisy, for that matter), they took being sore losers to the extreme tot he point of throwing temper tantrums and acting all snooty when we’re supposed to like her (I mean, then again, Peach has an even longer history of getting kidnapped, so I guess as completely unjustifiable as her tantrums were in these games, it didn’t come out of nowhere) *Pros* Pretty much everything else (except for the third game). *First and only*

Moral of story: Say what you will about other 8bit Mario games, but nothing beats Mario 3 (or the Mario Land sequels... and Wario Blast which is a Bomberman crossover, for that matter, if you also count Game Boy games)

To be fair wouldn’t smash bros count as a Mario game too if you’re also counting donkey kong 64 and diddy Kong racing?

I don't think the "Donkey Konga" games, or "Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat" count as "Mario" games, given that they all center around the "Donkey Kong" universe, not having anything to do with Mario. It's also great that Mario Kart: Double Dash, Super Mario Sunshine, and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door made the top 3. I grew up with the latter 2, and the #1 game is so fun to let you play as a Goomba, and Koopa, and a really cute baby Yoshi.

Shoutout to @calebgurney762 for pointing out that I missed Wario World. For anyone wondering, I’d rank it behind Luigi’s Mansion as I think it’s a really well made and underrated platformer. Hopefully I don’t make this mistake again in the future lol. (And yes I’m a few days late on making this post but my schedule’s been jam packed at the time of writing this lol)

After I finished watching, I went to check your channel and was surprised to see the low subscriber count bc this is the quality I'd expect from someone with thousands. Glad I found you at the early days of your channel and I'm excited to see it grow. Also, Sunshine deserved that #1, but that's probably just the nostalgia talking lol

I’m a little confused, is this a tier list based on which character is the best or which character is your favourite?

I never played the Rayman DLC by the way. So no Rayman in this list. My list: 9: Rabbid Luigi I find him underwhelming but i do like using him with Spark Effects which is when he really shines. Though without spark effects he is very mediocre. Weaken is good though. 8: Rabbid Rosalina I've just never found her play style to help out much in battle except for the Survive levels. Ennui is situational and takes forever to recharge. Whenever you hit someone while u use it, it get rids of the effect. I would only use Ennui as a last resort. Not to say her weapon is mediocre too. 7: Bowser I thought Bowser would be better but other then his weapon which is just alright, but his ability is mostly for distracting since he really cant get any damage done with it. 6: Edge I find Edge to be very boring, her sword is good as it can hit multiple enemies and her ability is very situational as you have to be very close to the enemy or if they run near you. 5: Mario Mario is good but nothing really special, his weapon is good as it can hit two enemies or one enemy and his ability is good especially since you can use it every round. 4: Rabbid Peach Her weapon is great as it can over enemy cover and heal is a great move. Overall she is very solid. 3: Peach Protection is op, especially since it can be used by team jumping or killing an enemy. Her weapon is also very good as it has a wide range of effect. So it can hit many enemies. 2. Luigi Luigi is best at long range and also not that bad at close range. Though he has low health, he is never in the battle field. His sniper does more damage the farther you are and Steely Stare is amazing as it can past through objects. 1. Rabbid Mario Broken. He has a ton of health and can go up close and annihilate anything. His ability is also good as it does a lot of damage and he is even better with the Glitter Spark which you unlock early in game. He is so op.

I've said once but I'm going to say it again, they need to re-release Strikers Charged for the switch or whatever the new console is. I don't care how much it costs, give us the best game you've ever made Nintendo, you can have my money.

The way you circumvent rabbid Mario's short range is using the gather round spark similar to the first game he literally kills everything and has great movement

Charged is the best, next question. also also, something funny about Super is that they made them janitors during Charged, they are straight up given a mop and told to clean during the credits lmao

Here’s my list after 100%ing this game. (No DLC included😢) (All stats mentioned are endgame stats) 9. Edge. Edge is an incredibly decent character to use but no matter what I try Edge is always replaceable with better characters. 8. Rabbid Peach. Rabbid Peach is VERY similar to Edge in my discription, I just Rabbid Peach to heal off of weak enemies in the over world since Salesbot’s full heal is WAY TO PRICEY at the end of the game. 7. Rabbid Luigi. He’s easily the character I agree with most on your list, he’s this high for his weird quirk where enemies who have the weaken effect deal no damage to hero’s who have the Exosphere’s shield other than critical effects. 6. Bowser. Easily the coolest character in the game, my only gripe is that his main weapon could’ve been better. 5. Peach. Peach makes it this high for 2 reasons. 1: Her weapon does more than 1,000 damage on average which is the first character on this list to do so. 2: Team barrier is still better than all the previous hero’s techniques. 4. Rabbid Rosalina. She’s the best character who doesn’t reach game breaking territory and my main lineup. 3. Luigi. Yes, Luigi’s ghost bullet is broken, same with his team jump, but you forgot to mention High ground. High ground gives you a garenteed crit on any enemy that’s on lower ground than you, combined with Luigi’s 50% damage buff with crits and 20% damage buff with steely stare, you’re doing 9,000 damage (at most) to one target. My only gripe is that he sometimes wastes his shots on useless enemies like minions of a boss. 2. Mario. Now just let it be said that I’m completely biased towards Luigi in these rankings. For those who don’t know, Mario is the best Enemy Murdering Machine, and that’s because of Hero sight. Hero sight has a couple OP upgrades. 1: There’s a glitch in the game where Hero sight and Steely Stare count the turn you use it as part of the cooldown. Which means you can have Hero sight up EVERY TURN. And steely stare up every 2nd turn. 2: Sight again. Sight again gives Mario an extra charge of hero sight any time you defeat an enemy, which means you never waste charges of hero sight on weak enemies. Also, there’s jump shot. Jump shot makes Mario a boss shredder with the added 30% attack buff from a spark like vampastra, but it’s still absolutely insane on its own. 1. Rabbid Mario. With 9,100 health you have to remember that he’s NOT DYING. And he does 2,400 damage AND in my play through where I’m avoiding using spark’s abilities, I still find no reason to not use him.

Came here to see if Frightmare was as high as I hoped, and I'm glad to see where it is :D It truly is the definitive MP boss battle, testing the player's endurance, skill, puzzle solving, and maneuverability! Truly the 'Dungeon Duos' of Mario Party boss battles with its huge quantity AND quality ratio - being a long boss battle but is very fun the whole way! Granted, I only played MP1-8, DS, 10, top 100, Superstars, and a bit of Super, but out of all of them, 5 still reigned supreme with Frightmare

Nice list! I appreciate that Mario 64 wasn't rhe top of the list, as much as I LOVE that game, because there definitely are flaws with it. This is, of course, being said in retrospect and in a world with more advanced systems, accessibility, and graphics in the gaming industry, but I think the criticisms you brought up still hold. I still haven't played Paper Mario, though. I really should get on that!

Yeah, super paper mario was the beginning of the fall due to the playerbase at that time, we. The players, said that story wasn't interesting and wanted the thousand year door style back This is what remove good stories for two games At least sticker star had one good story moment, that's if, you can survive some high mediocre segments Though, tbh, i feel the remake is a blessing, and a curse Yes it's objectively the better verison, but if you played the original, you want to go back to the original, the changes are super big, but it's enough to trigger a little ocd i never thought i have

Battle league is the worst. Rather play super. Fields actually look different and there are way more items. Also think the item system in super is better for me it 1. Charged (Love) 2. Super (Really like) 3. Battle League (Kinda Hate)
