The Marmite stunt is cruel. I've never seen anyone eat Marmite on its own. On toast it's nice, with the amount needed for one whole slice of toast being about the size of a large pea. A layer of butter first, then the Marmite. It should be so thinly applied it's almost transparent.

Marmite is the best spread thinly on toast with butter. Even better a slab of cheese on top. 10/10!
