Turkey Run car show was a blast. This is the first time the Harrison family has entered a vehicle in a show. We have always been spectators but never entrants. Several great cars and trucks were there. They gave a best of show and people’s choice. Also gave a plaque to the top 40. We didn’t get the big trophies but did make the top 40. Really didn’t care about the awards but more to the fact we got the Corvette there. The 59 was the oldest Corvette at the show which was cool. The real hair raising moment for me was when I pulled the car out of trailer. The blown Camaro was definitely a show stopper but when I backed the Corvette out of trailer I noticed everyone stopped and started videoing and taking pictures.
