I noticed all lord X (i know not technically that lord x) songs have a ballad like tempo. Its kind of cool. It might be a stretch, but since Sonic.EXE has his signature Kelfka laugh (a clown character), and only likes to use victims as toys... It makes sense why all of his themes sound somewhat "circus" like.
