8:08 I think that's a fair assesment: This is a solid collection of 'generic goodstuff' IDs and Sinners, but to bring it together more synergistically you'd want to switch a few people out. You mentioned Yi Sang, and he IS extremely good! Between him, the Full-Stop duo, and Manager Don you've got the core of a pure Pierce-damage team going. So you'd swap out Ryoshu and Outis and Ishmael for Yi Sang and two other good Pierce characters, if that was the direction you wanted to go. Alternately keeping Outis and Don and bringing in Regret Faust would be 3/6 "sinners with built-in AoE attacks", which isn't so much a theme as just... really good at clearing waves. :V

I realised today that MoSB is really hard when in stage 3. The team you need to have outside of his enclosure should have primarily melee weapons else he will just run away He entered stage 3 without me knowing (I was suppressing Silent Orchestra) and had to restart the day

This is kinda a weird use to bring up but I feel like Nothing There is a pretty great abno to get to train you the player in microing for later days. Most other Aleph threats you can kinda cheese with swarming provided your average gear and level is high enough, but Nothing There will nuke you if you just send everyone in, while still being manageable by a handful of properly kitted units with the right positioning.

I don't think that sound is a bug. Mine does it too. It seems like a thing team silent hill would do just to make a scene.

I will not tolerate such slander to my beloved flesh idol. It was the only reason I could safely work on most of my early game WAWs (Judgement bird especially) and Blue Star. It's pretty easy to use safely, just send everyone to the dangerous at the same pause as the flesh idol, use an agent with about 3 in fortitude and prudence and a decent all around suit and just focus on them, their health bar getting almost depleted is a good metric for when to pull them out.

Queen of Hatred in unstoppable? Shes way more manageable than Alruien. And the dama is relatively easy to dodge. Shes micromanagy as heck. But perfectly manageable.

Heart of aspirations is very strong and good. But it needs more micromanaging compaired to others. But equiping it on your guy before a big battle, is great.

There should be a "usefull/helpfull but not worth it" category.

If your argument is that blue star is unstoppable, but nothing there is not, and yiur reasoning is "nothing thrre is to easy to not let escape, thrn youre extreemly biased. Blue star is even easier to not let escape than nothing there. And unlike nothing there, you can actually properly harm blue star. Nothing there is effectivly invulnerable if it gets out. Sure, you will loose any dps race against blue star, but it can actually be killed, and its easier to "not let out" than nothing there.

White kmight is not st all unstoppable. One Sin makes it super easy to manage. Only garanteed restart is when you try to get its gear.

I watched this TH-cam channel for this guy who did this game, and believe me: he HATES the birds. His slogan is "F-ck the Birds". He even went as far as to get all 3 birds cus "he hates himself". Plus he was probably planning on doing the final bird encounter after he beat the game (which he never did cus day 49 was hard)

I'd like to chime in the grave of the cherry blossom, it's purely just annoying. because it's counter goes down regarless of what work and what result you get. so if it's 0, who ever goes in after being possesed dies, which as long as you don't really bother with it, it's fine though, I might just be soing something wrong but idk, everytime I worked with it it's counter would go down, regardless of what I did

Also, Big Bird has an incredibly easy counter: just select the brainwashed employee and move them out of the department, then bring them right back in. If you don't know this, yes I could see Big Bird being somewhat hard. Otherwise I can't see an argument for anything above "just annoying." Very overdue tip about Giant Tree Sap: the first use is guaranteed to not ik the nugget. Meaning you can keep it as an emergency tool for when stuff's breaking out and you just need to top up your agent before sending them back in

blue star was really useful for me tbh, helped me grind out my fresh hire level 5 employees, has really good gear (0.4 to everything except pale, ego weapon with high damage that can multihit enemies, including the fact that ive basically barely had any abnormalities that dealt pale damage) and he basically never gets out under any ciscumstance. you just have to watch out for the fucking CLOWNS

Arguably speaking Tree Sap should be lower because if you use it sparingly (and by that I mean if you use it only when its qlipoth is about to melt down or just don't use it much in general) the explosion side effect would literally never happen, and it's basically a free slot that would help cover you from worse tool abnos such as Flesh Idol or Express Train. I mean sure the chances of triggering its caveat does grow exponentially after each use but like I said, it's easily negligible if you ignore it or just use it sparingly. Blue Star is unstoppable when it breaches yes, but in the face of a maxed out agent it pretty much can't do shit, hell, I'd argue that it's basically a starter ALEPH, if you're at the point in the game where you have to pick an ALEPH which is around day 22 or something Blue Star is the bro since all it does is just stat check you. And when compared to other ALEPHs like Melting Love and MoSB where triggering their breach is easier than it sounds, Blue Star's simplicity would pretty much feel like a breath of fresh air, since it's nothing more than a stat check abno. I guess it being affected by qlipoth meltdown would pose a problem since if it happens your agents have to kinda make a mad dash to its containment cell before the timer hits 0 but it's only a problem if you haven't suppressed the core the abno is stationed in or if you place it in Central pre-Tiph suppression, because the floor design of Central is graphed by Satanic forces to be as mesmerizing as possible apparently. I'd argue Meat Lantern should be on the annoying tier. I'm aware that it can basically instadeath but if you just don't send anyone to work on it while it's breaching (aka quarantining the agents in the Department Rooms or a hall where ML is absent in) and send a firing squad at it all that it'd cost you is the lives of a bunch of clerks. The most challenging part of suppressing it is usually tracking its flower, it's not usually evident until a couple clerks die or something. Dreaming Current should probably be placed lower because while it can indeed breach, unless you're intentionally trying to piss it off by sending someone into Insight or you're doing Malkuth Suppression and your employee is unfortunate enough to get the 25% chance of having to do Insight with it, Dreaming Current is one of the more bro WAWs you can have in this facility. Badass EGO weapon that's also functionally viable, a powerful EGO suit that offers resistances to every damage aside from Pale, and also the fact that the only shit work you can do with it is Insight. The rest of the works literally do not give it any sort of provocation whatsoever, so it's basically a free stat trainer for anything but Insight.

Schadenfreude in the same tier as Apocalypse Bird, delightful
