We got rid of our Massey Ferguson and went back to John Deere. It's been a major blessing in disguise. Together these two have baled nearly 40 acres this year. 2nd cutting at our place is done. 2nd cutting for the dryland crops will be coming up soon.

The 1835M does a great job handling this sickle mower, however, the fuel economy goes out the window while doing so. 10.6 gallon fuel tank will get you just over 5 hours of work.

Frontier sickle did an ok job cutting our small oat crop, but it sure struggled.

Where did you get those wheel weights? My dealer says they don’t show any for that tractor. Also yes mine does quite enjoy the diesel. I haven’t reached 50 hours yet but don’t expect it to change when I do.
@@keith8362 well, my dealership has a bunch in stock. Same ones go on the utility tractors. I got rid of the Massey back in May and went back to John Deere. I'm tremendously happy again!

Good looking 3033R, how many hours are on it now? That baler is a little workhorse! I was down at Moscow yesterday, buying some top off fluids for your former Massey!
MF makes good machines......I like them too.
I am really impressed with this little guy. Only 2 things are a turn off. 10.6 gallon fuel tank get me 5 to 6 hours of work and cell phone will not connect to the radio bluetooth. Took a few tries to get the handle of getting the loader off, which I try to keep off most of the time. Oh...AC quit working 2 days ago while baling hay. There are times I wish I would have stayed with the utility tractor, but we were downsizing and this was the next best option.
