Sir what is paraplegia and hemiplegia and diplegia can u tell the difference
Hemiplegia means the lateral half of the body is paralysed. Diplegia means the paralysis of the limbs (either both U/E or both L/E). Generally in deplegia L/E paralysis is seen with U/E Paresis. Paraplegia refers to the paralysis of only lower half of the body including both the legs.
