@@seanguerrero8873 ah I live in the Bay Area or else I would! I’m sure there are plenty that are great in LA though. Worst case scenario go to Neiman Marcus or like Nordstroms and they will do a great job, but pricey. They accept clothes bought outside of their stores as well.

@@chris_bb no worries man, yes I’d say Grailed is best for selling high end brands online. If you take your pieces to a buy sell trade shop, most of them will give you anywhere from 30-40% of the price they want to list it for. If you sell on Grailed they take fees that I believe average out to you receiving 86-88% of what you sold your item for. You set the price yourself and can do price drops if they sit for too long. A rule of thumb is trying to find the same piece or at least a similar item on Grailed and see what they are normally selling for whether it be below or above retail to get an idea of the market. They provide shipping labels for you if domestic and I have never had issues selling. There are scammers to watch out for though that will fake like they paid for your item and send you a fake message similar to the automated Grailed message. I would also add that you should watch out for international shipping prices that you set on Grailed as you have to pay for international shipping and will only get paid out what you set which I think defaults to $30. Depending how cheap you want to go, international shipping can range from 30 to a couple hundred dollars depending on carrier. If you have any other questions feel free to DM me on Instagram. As for PayPal invoice, some sellers will go offsite to sell their clothing to avoid Grailed fees and grant both the seller and buyer protection through PayPal to avoid scams. If anyone wants to take it offsite I would always be cautious and never do it unless it is PayPal invoice so you do not get ripped off.

@ Ohh okay, so paypal invoice is basically like a cheque to be deposited? Wait so if you dont mind me asking, how did you and the seller do it? Did you send him the paypal invoice amount first, and then he delivers the piece to you (showing proof as well)?

@@chris_bb if someone want to do PayPal invoice they would suggest it or you suggest it and if they are selling, they would make the invoice on PayPal and ask you for the shipping address and email, send it to you via email, and you’d complete the transaction. It’s not a check. It’s a transaction that you create that pays out through PayPal that you can wire into your bank account with protection for both the buyer and seller. The invoice will have shipping information and that’s really it. I’d recommend staying on site majority of the time though. There is a way that people can scam if they make the invoice between friends and family, which is not protected by PayPal and you can’t get reimbursed money if package is not delivered. @@edinator9986 I got true to size with a medium and it fit pretty true. I altered it and took off the ribbed band at the bottom because on the most recent release they did it on a better quality French terry hoodie and didn’t take it off like they used to when they printed on independent blanks. It originally is slightly cropped, but I like it more cropped. I would say if you do this then size up because I wish my hoodie was a little more boxy. Otherwise I think tts or if you want oversized size up. Hope that helps!

@@chancehalter2074 it’s a Somar membrane tee! They come in 3 packs, but are sold out unfortunately. You can find them on Grailed pretty easily though. Retail price was $150 so $50 per tee so if you can find any cheaper or at retail price I’d cop!

Dude I have and their cut and sew stuff is crazy! Definitely stepping up their game. I got the washed blue spider web pants from the drop that happened at towards the beginning of fall last year and they’re so sick!

If you’re talking about the kill hoodie, I got it on the revenge drop on X’s birthday this year. Sold out in minutes, but I’m sure you could find it on Grailed or somewhere else online, but it’ll be more expensive than retail.

Definitely! Instinct comes in to play for sure. I would say that in every art form though, we are constantly drawing inspiration from others or rejecting other art forms with our own. It is in our nature, but I think if we put our own spin on it and create something that is authentic to ourselves and our own identity it isn’t copying. I have also let go of so many pieces, but I think that’s part of the process though. Sometimes you’re drawn to things and want them to work, but you eventually let go because you feel it isn’t you.
