Today i headed down to Windmill Fisheries Bristol, What A Session It Was, Landed 4 Carp with the biggest just being over 19, Tactics kept simple with one of my rods fishing to an island with a solid bag and the other rod down the margin with a bit of bait over it, both fished on simple Slip-D rigs doing the trick again!

After being against bait boats I picked up a cheap Chinese one after injuring my shoulder and unable to cast without pain. Same/similar to yours. Be careful of the hopper cracking. Managed to crack mine 2nd outing. Easy enough repair with a bit of fiberglass. Works a treat and use it about 50% of my fishing.
Will have to keep that in mind👍

Great video's I only have one criticism, and that is your not talking to the camera, so it looks like you're talking to guys sitting opposite you. Looking at the camera is very hard, and I stumble and fumble when talking direct to camera. Your videos would be even more engaging if you look direct to the camera. Keep up the good work. It's great to see the younger ones making videos.

I’m actually trying to decide on the exact same reel or the “Daiwa 20 Crosscast 35 SCW”. It’s been a bit difficult though because (living in the US) I’m limited to purchasing online only! Couple final questions (I promise🙄), Is the “45” as smooth as the Black Widow sounds? Are there any major quality differences between the 45 and the 35? Is it just casting distance? Regarding rods, do you know anything about the Daiwa Crosscast XT rod? (Im thinking about pairing the 12ft 3lb XT Crosscast with the reel I wind up choosing.) Thanks again and sorry to bother you with a ton of questions! I appreciate any insight👍
@josephquinn7356 Hi, the diwa crosscast 45 is a lot smoother and sounds a lot better, but it is a little bit more pricey then the black widow reel lol, and I don't know much about the rods as I have prodigy greys👍 Hope you get what your looking for. Tight Lines🎣

The trick Cam, is to bring bait that doubles as food 🤣🤣 I've caught fish on Marshmellows Sausage rolls Noodles Carrots Dough balls Anything that might act like a 'secret bait' on the day, but mainly a backup meal option - happy fishin lad
