Those little 100cc 2-smokies have something like 12-15 HP don't they? Or more? It's a LOT for what is basically a really small lightweight motorbike. Rider should have had a helmet for certain!

'back torque' you mean engine braking? The clutch limits that automatically so you don't wipe out when you come off the throttle.
