Everything is on EPIC and I tend to change the gamma depending on the weather mode I am using

Iceland is part of promods(promods requires you to have all the DLC's), search promods and you will find it. Then just follow the instructions to download. I hope that helps

The distance between these two cities was not that long but the roads are more fun to drive on.
