Welcome to my TH-cam channel! I’m Jessica Rich. A life coach for clients working in corporate America, leadership, career development, health & wellness and self-love. I am also an author and business owner of a Health & Wellness company, focusing on helping women become the best version of themselves.
Throughout my tenure in corporate America, I have successfully navigated through the environment and helped others achieve the same results. I have helped my clients build up their confidence, advance their career and navigate the corporate America environment.
In addition to my corporate America experience, I have helped my clients on their journey in discovering purpose, self-worth, self-love and focusing on inner peace. I’ve also assisted clients through their fitness journey, after naturally losing 85lbs.
I have learned so much throughout my own self-love, healing and single season and I am excited to share and inspire others through this channel.

Our 1st lady has brought guest to our Zoom platform to discuss mental health and it's been very successful. We're also in the process of stating our Guard Your Mind ministry again. Post Pandemic.

Great information. I love traveling balancing the location, duration and Mommy duties have to line up. Cruising and the locations matter. Costa Rica is beautiful.
