Brother, Congo will never get solutions for her problems by using Rwanda as scapegoat. And when a president begins treating a part of his citizens as half citizens of deny them their citizenship he puts his country into endless problems. Those M23 rebels are fighting for their rights. If he doesn't listen to them, he risks losing control more than he has already lost it. In 2013 M23 was defeated and the state didn't try to solve what made the rebellion appear. Now it is back, far stronger. For around six months FARDC, wazalendo, SADC, Burundi, Wagner, and now blackwater have failed to push them back. Instead more territories are falling. I wonder when Tshisekedi will realize that he chose a wrong way to solve that problem. Eve if M23 is defeated again, will those "wazalendo" lay down their arms? One example is that of the plain of MULENGE which is a land belonging to the bafuliro people of the South Kivu and beyond this simple claim, which causes fire among tribes, they want to be creating non-existing tribes with each being named after each land of the Democratic Republic of the Congo that they would conquer. And all this, Under the guise of the Rwandan Government while Rwanda openly claims that all governance of the all region in the east part of the Congo, in the Kivu region be given to the Tutsis tribes, furthermore claiming our lands were theirs before the colonialism. For your information and to be clear enough, based on history, people of the Congo believe that since the immigrants from Rwanda were called Banyarwanda and that now they want to dominate over all other citizens of the Congo which approximate about 900 hundreds tribes and dialects, it feels unfair to Congolese. Our brothers Banyamulenge or Banyarwanda or immigrants from Rwanda did find on the Congolese land all others. So replacing them autochthonous seem to them as becoming under-men face to the new super tribe which has become the most praised by all the westerners like you Mr. Mbeki who grew up in London but not in South Africa. The Kivu region which is the size of half of California which region covers more than 10 tribes is not ready to see its natives being brutally erased just like that. Giving the administration or the governance of the Kivu to only one tribe which had no land of their own… just because they are overpowered by the west, is another apartheid in Africa. If not, it will be like the replacement of Palestinians by Jews who see themselves as a pure race. Our understanding is that, these invaders who are coming under the guise of Tutsis and Rwandan armies are not coming on their own but they being sent by the United States government, France, United Kingdom’ which supply Rwanda with military aid.. in return they want more lands and they can’t do that directly like they did in South Africa against the autochthonous populations because they will be stopped, rather rising brothers against brothers could be called crisis, helping them big brothers to intrude quietly and extract Rwa materials for their the era’s technologies. This is just like the Gaza situation about the ethnic cleansing in a form of genocide intended to kill massively the autochthonous people, to silence them and replace them by the puppeteers so called Banyamulenge and Tutsis. Leave the Tutsi of Congo alone, they are not the only minority as in the Congo every other tribes are the minority. Leave our Tutsis brothers in peace because they are also tired of being used for the gain of the gringos. This aggression against Congo is not led by Tutsi or Banyamulenge but rather by Rwandan and Ugandan governments playing as the proxies of the West and by so doing, theses western governments are abusing our Nilotic brothers abusing the black race in tending to use them as not only proxies their human shield in a war of occupation, ethnic cleansing of the blacks as well as a genocidal move. No munyamulenge or Tutsi neither Africans are benefiting from this gazanization of the Congo. Mr. Mbeki, educate yourself and say no the Congolese genocide, and stop the war of the wealthy western leaders for land land appropriation. Description of who Kagame is and the type of game he plays under disguise of his reputation for a cleaner leadership type: Here is issue: Our Tutsis brother in majority came to the Congo as refugees in 1959 and were granted a collective nationality later because of the pressure by Rwanda and the international community but they still don’t know what they want other than trying to exterminate the autochtones populations which are far larger than them who are seen as new comers and thus, killing for no reason but for what Kagame is dictating them to do. They want to own the Kivu provinces in order to create independent territories governed by the Rwandan oligarchs which have designed a chaos for 30 years on the Congolese soil. The other thing here is that Rwandan Government decides on whether when to send them Tutsi back home to Rwanda and when to cross them over to Congo and Burundi.

I am so happy to see that Congolese are starting to stand up against Thabo Mbeki's latest intervention in the media explaining the reasons for the crisis between Rwanda and the DRC .His point of view on the issue is biased, and I think, influenced by that of Kagame and Nierere. His first lie was to say that during the partition of Africa at the Berlin Conference, the Tutsi were already inside the current DRC borders .No ,that is a big lie. There was no Tutsi land inside DRC borders during precolonial time. A part of Tutsi immigrated to the DRC during colonial time running away from political turmoil in Rwanda. They didn't bring with them the land while immigrating in DRC. The Belgian Colonizers welcomed and gave them the space that they are occupying currently in DRC to reside as refugees. That area is made of mountains. And DRC eastern neighboring tribes refer to them as " People of mountains"( =Banyamulenge).They occupied that land as refugees during colonial time until the day Congo becomes independent .At that time , the constitution of the new free state stipulated that everyone who was within the borders of the country automatically became Congolese and had Congolese nationality. That how DRC Tutsi had their Congolese nationalities. We, Congolese ,we don't have problem with that. Where is coming the problem now? Those Tutsi Banyamulenge never felt like home in DRC. They are closest to their brothers Tutsi in Rwanda than they are to their brother Congolese. So it is easy to destabilize DRC from that part of the land. You will notice that many rebellions originate from over there. This part of the land becomes like the weakest link of a long chain for DRC. And our respective governments didn't know how to deal with this problem accurately. They thought to fixe this issue by removing Banyamulenge nationalities. But it was never removed. So far, DRC Tutsi are still Congolese. So, as you can see, we don't have a problem with them having Congolese nationalities. The real problem come from themselves. They must consider themselves as Congolese and stop formatting every time arm rebellions when they are not happy with any political issue. There is other way to solve those problems than to always resort to arms.

what i can tell the ex president with due respect is to go back and do some research the drc has a history so going back to school and learn about drc would be very beneficial to him ....get a book called 3 siecle chez les Bashi for example ...and let me finish with ...we are not dead until we are dead
