Yes! Peeling transfer is satisfying. I believe I was pressing at 305° due to the neoprene in the koozie. Then I press in increments of 15-20 seconds, letting cool and checking to see if it's ready to peel.

I attempted to with bolts in the middle bar. But it would typically work as long as my films were burned correctly, the screens would always line up. i just had to make sure my shirts were squared off. We used chisel and hammer to notch it out. You could probably use a saw or a router to get the bulk and clean it up with chisel and sandpaper.

I'm not sure what you're referring to with 'regular printer?' I'm screen printing with vinyl, so you would need a vinyl cutter. I'm using Silhouette Pro. You can use a regular InkJet printer to print and burn the film negatives onto a standard screen with emulsion. Both printing styles (vinyl and emulsion) can be printed on a regular rotary press or line table. I'm just using a mobile single platen that we made. Hope one of those answers helps!

My line table platens are currently: 12" wide x 17" tall/vertical. These platens will hold XS(a little snug)-2XL. If I print youth, toddler, and infant, I have a smaller platen that I clamp on to my regular platen

Yes!! Those issues both need to be fixed. My designs outgrew my equipment. 😒

Are you referring to the transparency when I burn the image to the screen? Or the t-bracket I use for alignment on the line table?
