It can also be done that way, but must be careful not to break corner connectors when whole base of pyramid is up then.
Does one have room to sit down and meditate in this type pyramid ? Are there also any advantages of Octahedron over Russian ? tia.
Yes, octahedron is big enough to sit inside and meditate. Advantage over any pyramid is that energy inside equally affects all energy centers of the body (chakras), unlike pyramid that affects more upper chakras, and more than 80% of people have problems with first 3 chakras, so pyramid is not the best solution for resolving health problems of more than 80% of the people.
