When you open the crates or fridge. We had to use sanitary cloths. All so the original breading is , 10scopes alternative them. 5 scope and 5 lifts. Also they were to top sture 3 times. Gloves to drop the basket. But nice job one the less.
I was wearing high quality headphones with the volume fairly high. Firstly, there is an echo in this large, high ceilinged prep kitchen and the audio is poor quality. Along with their accents, it is impossible to understand what’s being said. No captions, therefore you can’t read what is being said. This is the main problem with this video. Secondly, if they are so concerned about germs and contamination, they should be wearing gloves that extend to their forearms as they submerged their hands and arms in the coating of flour to coat the chicken. Handwashing is very important, but wearing gloves ensure germ free hands. Intro is way too long and you can’t understand it anyway, so I had to fast forward to the point where the directions were in the video. They did not describe the marinade used or if there were any herbs or spices added to the flour. All in all I rate this video at 2 out of 10. I don’t recommend it.

Do you use a half ounce of salt for every cup of flour? Then how much pepper? What next? The cooker is a high temperature pressure cooker. It's patented. I have never seen a small scale, home version for homeowners. Do not attempt to use a regular pressure cooker on your stovetop. It's not designed for boiling oil. No home stove or cook top can possibly generate the BTUs to effectively bring that oil to KFC temperature and maintain it after the cold chicken goes into it. The closest thing to being able to bring cooking oil to that level of temperature, and maintain it, is a propane turkey fryer. The process is pretty simple. Wash the chicken. Drain it. Liberally coat in seasoned flour. Then fry.
You do not double dip drumstick legs if you're doing original recipe. you only double dip if you're doing crispy chicken. You are also loading the racks wrong
