It was a great night but the results have been withdrawn and a new top 3 will be announced tomorrow. I believe there was uproar about racing round the infield to gain position which should of only happened in the event of a track blockage

“We would publicly like to make aware that the results for the 2024 rookie banger world championship have now been withdrawn due to an appeal. We can confirm that the top 3 results will change We have inspected official videos from the night which were not available to us on the night. A full statement and new declared top 3 will be announced tomorrow, once I return from Swaffham.”

I’ve only seen them at Ringwood once before so I think so, they may have come from another circuit though

Yeah ringwood used to do stuff similar called special rods. In 2018edit- I’ve been going since November 2017

Ringwood have 2 main banger formulas, rookie bangers and junior bangers (the little ones). This Saturday the Under 1600cc National Bangers are back and then in December the Unlimited National Bangers are scheduled for their safecracker event. They also brought van bangers back this year aswell

And junior bangers world championship November 23rd apparently 45~ 60 juniors booked

Normal races are first to finish wins, contact is allowed. End of the day/video is destruction derby where last car running wins. In this case because the last two cars stopped running at the same time it was a draw
