How is this cake different from chocolate truffle cake??
The egg yolk batter seems to be lacking some liquids. I followed the recipe measurements and after adding flour to egg yolk mixture, the batter was thick, sticky and lumpy.

Hi, what butter did you use to make the tart? Salted or Unsalted Butter? And does it have to be cold (take from the fridge), so that can make it crumble when mix with flour?
