Thanks for the video. Which model do you have? I have a Kubota 4240 with the quick attach loader. Do any hydraulic holes hook to the unit and how long does a tank of gas last. Thanks again for your honest opinion.

I have the skid steer LH 45" offset model. It's completely self contained, no hydraulic hoses. It has a Kohler professional grade engine. I have not timed the duration of a tank of gas. I'll be cutting with it within the next month and will make a note to see how long a tank lasts. I hope this helps.

Thanks the the video, I had been looking for a usage video from a home owner and user, not from the manufacturer, this was helpful. It's been 9 months, do you have any additional thoughts on the Trailblazer? I have about a mile of hedges/trails to maintain, I see using this about twice a year, they sure are expensive, but getting older, doing it by hand just isn't an option any longer. This seems much less finicky than a converted sickle-bar or the Sabre Samurai Cutter, and I guess that's what you pay for.

Additonal thoughts: I cut several dead limbs at once and one of the limbs (very hard) wedged between two of the blades and caused the two blades not to spin and it bent one of the blades. Replacing the blade was easy with an impact wrench. Lesson...cut dead, hard limbs slowly and one at a time. I too looked at a sickle-bar style and chose the TB_HD. Though more costly, it should last. Yes, you typically get what you pay for. Thought - Is there someone that would split the cost with you where both of you could benefit? One final thought...I wish the quick attach plate had more weight on the opposite end of the saw. This would make attaching to my tractor much easier. I hope this helps. Thanks for your response. You've reminded me that I have more roads to trim!
