Tutorials and Workshop Materials on RF Microwave Measurements
CMOS mm-Wave Transmission Lines
This paper focuses on nm CMOS transmission line design as distributed passive elements and their application in mm-wave integrated circuits. A variety of transmission lines such as coplanar waveguides (CPWs), shielded coplanar waveguides (SCPWs), and CPW with ground are analyzed in terms of their geometry and electrical properties.

Hello, dear engineer, can we amplify the signal of the routers used in which the distribution of the Internet signal has a frequency of 2.4Ghz What circuits are used for the electronics components used to make signal amplification from the simplest types of parts to complex and accurate I hope the benefit I am Engineer Saeed Mohammed from Palestine Gaza, Electronics and Communications Engineer Thank you very much
the sound is not good I am quite disappointed
superb! you're legend. thx u so much.
Sir Can you please explain the measurement set up for IIP3 and OIP3 metrics?
Thanks. This'll help for my new job.
Indeed it is a very interesting tutorial. thank you a lot.
Great video!
can u explain about microwave bench
This tutorial is awesome
Hello Thanks for such a clear and precise video. Plzz post videos of input & Output Impedance Matching networks for Hi-Frequency (usually 2.4-2.8 Ghz). And to make a DUT more linear for ex: using two tone tests or using Spectrum. Thank you loads
Dear Ahamed, thank you for your kind remarks. Please note that I have also posted on my channel a shorter video tutorial on Spectrum Analysis.
Errikos Lourandakis Thxx sir i will take a look
Clear and easy to understand. Thank you.
do you have any video on free space method of measurement?
Dear Phalguni, can you please be more specific, what do you mean by free space method of measurement? What do you want to characterize? The Network Analyzer is used to capture AC signals in terms of incident and reflected and transmitted waves, which are guided though transmission lines, e.g. coaxial cables, to the device under test (DUT).
