Bhai mai apko ye lene ki advice nahi dunga kyoki ye supplements aise hi nahin le sakte hai. Ager apne aise hi lena start kar diya apko loose motions hone lagenge start mai. Ye wale supplement apko acchi exercise or ek healthy 3 meal wali diet ke sath lena hota hai. Bina iske aap ye supplement loge toh paisa waste hoga or body ko ye kaam bhi nahi ayega. Isko sirf acchi diet ke beech mai lena cahiye or gym mai acchi exercises karni hogi taki poori body pe aaap iska asar dekh paao warna sirf pet ka wazan badega. So mai apko ye gainer suggest nahi karunga.
