1) NEET UG Mark Sheet (True Copy)
ii) XII Std. Mark sheet & Passing Certificate (True Copy) ii) First Professional Exam. Mark Sheet, Passing & Attempt Certificate (True copy)
iv) No Objection Certificate from Relieving College (Original) - Annexure - C
v) No Objection Certificate from Admitting College (Original) - Annexure-D
vi) No Objection Certificate from MUHS Nashik (Original)
vii) Certificate from the Dear/Principal stating that the present college is Recognized by concerned
Council (Original)
viii) Death Certificate of Father/Mother/Supporting Guardian (Death have been occurred after taking admission to 1st MBBS Course)
Ix) Proof of single child of senior citizen (Age of 60 years attained on or before last date of application) alongwith a Notarised Affidavit on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper stating that He/She is a single child of His/Her Senior Citizen parent
x) Medical Certificate issued by the Medical Board (Original) - Annexure - E1/E2/E3 or F1/F2. xi) Undertaking of Genuineness of the ground. (Original) -Annexure - G
xi) Admission letter issued by the Competent Authority/Dean/ Principal xii) Attested photocopy of Caste Certificate
Xii ) Attested photocopy of Caste Validity Certificate
xiii) Attested photocopy of Non-Creamy Layer Certificate. xvi) Online Bank Payment Receipt of Rs.15,000/- Or Late fee Rs 25,000/-

NMC har year koi na koi new rules introduce kar rahi hai, abhi transfer process cancel hogaya hai , someone should take this to the court, Transfer is necessary for those who have some health issues or family problems

Bro I failed in 1st year mbbs & after year back I passed with my junior batch. Can I take transfer to other college ; though I have to join also my junior batch in another college as from now ahead my junior batch is my regular batch .?? Pls answer urgent requires, in exceptional case MCI give migration according to new CBMI but can I take migration in this case ?????

Sir, is it possible for a medical student to take transfer from one medical college to another college in another state and university because of financial problems ?? Because we're having financial problems because my own brother is also a medical student studying in another medical college in other state, and so we both are medical students and because of that we are having a financial problems because in my family only my father is working and earning 😔😞 Because of this reason I want to take a transfer to another medical college in the state or place nearer to my hometown (or state) so that we can face less financial issues 😞😔 Please reply to my comment Sir and try to give me some suggestions 😭🙏🙏🙏
