Got this last Christmas and converted it to MTH DCS PS3. Looks, works, sounds, smokes & runs great! Excellent job USA Trains! World's largest die-cast FEF has a combined Locomotive & tender weight of 60 pounds.

While checking out the new electrical power pickup system underneath I stumbled across the frame mount screws to boiler subframe loose. Had to replace the 2 front screws located underneath smoke unit with longer ones. Rear mount screw was fine...just loose. No wonder why this engine could easily rock while upright on the rails.

This started life as a Santa Fe Warbonnet and was stripped and repainted into the Union Pacific yellow & grey paint scheme that the Milwaukee Road adopted. Converted over to MTH ProtoSounds 3 with USA Trains smoke units installed. And a 3.5" speaker mounted in fuel tank as tossed the oval speaker in roof.

Short dirty video showing my older USA Trains UP ABBA lashup all converted to ProtoSound 3 decoders. All units are powered which makes over 9' of Alco locomotive whoop-ass!

I like smoke on my layout so installed a modified USA Trains smoke unit into an old Lionel large scale station that I built years ago. Station also has Led interior lighting.
