Is there ANY way someone at Onkyo could suggest to the engineers to bring back the inclusion of both the sound mode AND input name at the same time (on the front of the AVRs), like the old ones had? I don't know why this was ever changed in the first place, and a lot of Onkyo fans are really upset about it. I was going to replace my 605 with another Onk, but went with a Denon because their receivers show the sound mode in use AND the input name at the same time. Can someone PLEASE pass this suggestion on to Onkyo....as well as a request to bring back the IntelliVolume feature?

can't we make those subtitles go into the actual watching area instead of putting them half below black bars and half inside the picture we see. so that we will watch entire picture without being distrubed by the image shifting even when the subtitles pop up.

I’m with you the moment they come up with an acoustically transparent direct view screen. As you pointed out, the center channel is the most important one. Until then, projector it’ll have to be.

What bothers me, is why in the name of heck haven't the TV networks totally switched over to 4K by now????? Nearly 100% of all TV's being sold today are at least 4K and now 8K... On another note I have an ONKYO TX-NR545 5.1.2 Atmos Receiver and love it... When I can afford to I'd like to upgrade to an ONKYO 5.1.4 Receiver at least.
