Mickey Loomis thinks he's the Owner of the team. He's too comfortable in his spot and needs to be demoted or fired.

Mickey is clueless, don't care about the players, don't care about winning. I really think he is dealing with mental illness. He is not well. Seriously!

His stance on DA is so weird I have never seen a GM make every excuse book for a bad coach, then doubles down after he was let go very strange.

In my opinion, sean your take is not a good one as a retired professional in a corporate setting Mickey Loomis is embarrassed by being overruled by his boss Miss Benson his arrogance has taken a big hit. Loomis is THE problem with the Saints. This team was NOT a playoff team yet he saddled the cap with Derek Carr. Our roster is absolutely ancient by NFL standards and all of our oldest players have major cap implications if we were to move on from them. Then we look at Allen, I can’t fault Loomis for year 1 because Allen did great things with this defense. Very few GM’s in the NFL would have given Allen a 2nd season and ZERO NFL GM’s would have given Allen a 3rd season. That alone should put Loomis on the hot seat and when you factor in the draft busts and rancid salary cap situion I think it makes it clear… Loomis needs to go

Loomis is basically living in the past. That "1" Suber Bowl was so long ago. He just needs to go or just have him resign.

Mickey Loomis is the main reason why Sean Payton quit coaching for the New Orleans Saints.

Mickey take up for DA as if he was this hidden gem that he been planned on hiring. Last I checked Sean Peyton vouched for him and that's the only reason he got hired. 🤨

Loomis needs to go, or the Saints aren't serious about righting the ship. It was Loomis who hired DA, Loomis who kept kicking the cap down the road, Loomis is a HUGE part of the problem.

It is Jimmy’s and Joes that win games. This team must do a better job of evaluating talent, particularly lineman. We need some difference makers on the line of scrimmage, both sides. Keep your draft picks, trade down and acquire more picks so when you do miss it may not be as detrimental. Loomis is the core that must be better, otherwise we will end up in the same place

I agree with your podcast however I think we should give Rizzi a chance. He is the only coach that I have seen on the sidelines that gets fired up. This team needs to be fired up and I hope Rizzi can do it. The poor personnel decisions by the front office need to be addressed before any coach can bring this team forward in the future.
