    I just stop watching this podcast! I noticed one thing this man is just love to backbiting and trying to put down rights of women! Last time he was spoken about Mahr, that some sisters are asking for mahr car,house,this amount of money etc! And he was saying “why they can’t ask for mahr something simple!” Excuse me, Allah gave women’s rights and our Prophet Sallalahu Aleihi Wa Sallam will to man to be nice and respect women’s! I only hear from him “my ex wife did that, she’s not showing kids”. For me this guy have zero knowledge of Islam! All what he knows is talking too much and trying to show that his the best Muslim! His not guiding anyone with righteous path, his showing the man how easily they can change the women every time during hardship! I believe 100% if he’s now sitting here and become more successful it’s because his ex wife was there to support him when he lost his business! Why he don’t talk about this point? If you divorce someone you have to stop talking about this person at least because you had a good days too! Stop blaming your ex, instead make a dua! The real man never talks about none mahram women in front of people! May Allah Subhana Wa Talla guide us all!

    Chasing excellence is chasing the pleasure of Allah. Chasing excellence over haraam piping is an Islamic concept, turn to Surah Yusuf:- <Yusuf 12:33> قَالَ رَبِّ ٱلسِّجۡنُ أَحَبُّ إِلَىَّ مِمَّا يَدۡعُونَنِىٓ إِلَيۡهِۖ... "(Yusuf) said, “My Lord, I would rather be in prison than that to which they are calling me...." ... they were calling him to haraam activity.. he chose prison instead, this was chasing excellence as he sought the pleasure of Allah over the haraam activities they were calling him to. You may counter argue that this was haraam activity while a man can also chase the same activity in halal. Yes halal in marriage. To that turn to first hadith of many Hadith compilations:- Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a wife to marry, his emigration was for what he emigrated for." [Bukhari first hadith] Islam regulates everything as a Furqan including the red pill.. any truth within it must be regulated by the Quran and Sunnah. Everything against Islam is discarded as false.

      I never said I don’t like polygyny. If you watched the podcast I’m actually for it, but can’t stand unmarried men who don’t have the competence to fulfil the responsibilities of one wife talking about polygyny. It don’t make no sense brudda, which Mahdi agreed with.

    • @shezad3379
      @shezad3379 หลายเดือนก่อน

      polygyny has as much to do with Islam as eating cucumbers. Stop making it out to be some 6th pillar, it is simply a permissible act that was common in the culture of the time and was given limitations, guides and conditions for those who wanted to partake in it. Stop wasting your money on trying to get more wives and actually use that money to help out our Ummah which is in a dire state right now. Men are so selfish they'd rather put their desires before helping the needy, As a Palestinian I find men that waste our time talking about this BS so off-putting, we have bigger issues in the world! And this Mahdi hasn't used his platform to speak about these much more important issues which makes him a waste of space as a man. I hope people start blocking not only celebrities but any Muslims who have also been silent.

    One of the best Mahdi Tidjani podcasts. On par with the one he did with DawahMan. However, from a host/interviewer perspective, the best I've seen. The style of questioning really brought out a different side of Mahdi I haven't really seen and it really manifested how self aware our brother Mahdi is and the fact that he's not really as defensive as you may assume, Masha'Allah. 😅On another note.... 1:43:59 let's hook TYC bhaisab up, these single brothers are taking way too long getting married with their long listed criteria. Don't think bhabi will be happy hearing this though 😮 Always look forward to the TYC podcast ❤

    I enjoyed this episode, but I do have some things to say about the way this was done by the host. Firstly, what happened between Mahdi and his first wife regarding domestic violence and whatnot is strictly between him, his wife, and Allah SWT. It is haram to ask about this as revealing your sins is haram in Islam. Secondly, this podcast and the topics brought up by the host seem extremely derrivative of the past discussions Mahdi has had with people like Gabriel Al Romaani and Mohammed Hijab. For example, red pill and Mahdi's relationship with it has already been discussed at length when speaking on his other podcasts. Those things have already been discussed so discussing them further after so many years is quite fruitless. Lastly, I believe the host should learn how to properly transition into other topics rather than cutting Mahdi off and forcing the conversation to occur. You seem like a good intentioned man, and I hope to see you grow as you continue to speak with different people on relevant topics. I hope you take my points into consideration for future podcast episodes.

      Thank you for your feedback. The good, the bad…all is welcome. Without constructive criticism we don’t grow. 1: My attention was not to expose anyone but to understand the person in front of me. The haram part I will reflect upon. 2: Past discussions was extremely relevant as there is an evolution of Mahdi’s thoughts. I wanted to explore how and why they changed where applicable. 3: It was a 2 hour plus episode, in that time I don’t recall “cutting Mahdi off” more than 4 or 5 times except to Challenge some views yes, redirect to stay on course perhaps. I thought the conversation flowed well overall but i agree there’s always room for improvement 👍🏼

      @fam1688 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I started watching from this point onwards and when the podcast ended I went to the beginning as I found the conversation interesting. I was following and agreeing with most parts but then his arguments about his ex wife not caring about the children went sideways. He makes a passionate point at the end of the podcast about why he couldn't let his wife dictate what he does and not being able to look at himself in the mirror if he did what his wife wanted and not have a second wife. Clearly his version of masculinity and ego meant way more to him than the future awaiting his children. I believe they are both equally to blame for the future of their children. As parents and especially as a father; you are a shepherd to your family. You're both equally responsible for protecting the children and family unit, not just following your wants and desires. The host was great . Your morals and values showed but also not many people see the bigger picture of the domino effect of people's actions. Not matter how worse the reaction of the other person is, you will know in your heart you caused it. And no matter how much you argue it's halal or did nothing wrong. It was also halal, peaceful and in the best interest of your children if you didn't do what you chose to do. BarakAllah if you are happy and Allah has replaced for better life as you put it then leave your ex wife alone and make dua for her and your children. I would always want my Children to be happy wherever they maybe, whether I'm dead or alive elsewhere. Wish them glad tidings and dua.
