How to Prepare Biomass for Biofuel Production
มุมมอง 327 หลายเดือนก่อน
We will start by washing the raw biomass to remove impurities and contaminants, ensuring a clean starting point. Next, we'll shred the biomass into smaller pieces to increase its surface area, facilitating efficient extraction of valuable components during the biofuel conversion process. Lastly, we'll quickly dry the shredded biomass to an appropriate moisture content, a crucial step for effici...
Bio Fuel | Coverting Biomass to Bio-Oil by Microwave Pyrolysis | Green Fuel
มุมมอง 8547 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this video, we're diving into a cool way to make bio-oil from plant stuff using microwaves. we're turning plants into useful oil by Microwave pyrolysis. It's way faster than the old methods. Imagine putting things like wood or leftover crops into a special microwave. The microwaves make them change into bio-oil, which is like a liquid that can be used for fuel. This process is neat because i...

tips to improve your viewership: show what makes the bio mass your getting out the oven, the processes leading up to it going in the oven and what temp (you said100 degrees celcious - don't forget as Americans use ferinhight.) and how long its in the oven for - then what kind of consistency we are looking for. its nice to see this done with proper equipment but we don't need to se you set a number then turn a plug on and off until you get that number (also i can tell this is in Britain based on that plug alone lol) just set to 100 and edit out the 31-98 range - re-joining at 99 completion 100. then explain what's next. at 16 seconds you states about the critical part of the process is to cool the hot gas - explain where this gas come from and how and the reason why you need to cool it - use drawings if you have to lol at 40 seconds you seem to be putting the tube into a microwave that is CLEARLY NOT DOMESTIC USE - so maybe reference this with a SAFETY CAUTION to stop people buying microwaves and just putting holes in them !!! at 55 seconds you state about making the quarts oxygen free - what's the process? why is oxygen escaping the quarts is it something your injecting or is it already present? what's the purpose in removing it? does it play any significant role in performance if you mistakenly leave any in or any biohazards as a result? (imagine ur audience arnt science majors and are dumb kids looking for ideas to make a quick buck explain the details they NEED to know) from 1min 11 seconds we see you setting up a gas separation system but you don't explain what this is for - yes you may have previously mentioned it but you have only mentioned about purging out the oxygen - explain how this is done in this process. as mentioned above : 1 min 24 you set the console to 100 and you start at 31, from 32-98 just remove as its wasted time in this video not just boring but disengaging meaning people will click off - i also have to mention im taking a guess that this is either flow rate or temperature, its not explained what your doing apart from the text (no voice over) saying the nitrogen is discharging the oxygen... again explain what that means to those just learning. the last point carries over to 2 mins 8 seconds where you then change the setting from 100 to 600 with NO explanation of what your doing.... the new spend the next 30 seconds just setting it up to 600 and watch it automatically climb... why this could be cut completly apart from the last little bit setting it to 600 and explaining "we will just let that rise to the desired amount this will take X amount of time" 2 mins 35 back to gas... its vaporising - you dont explain this but we can see it doing that but why no mention... is this good - bad , or even dangerous? who knows because its not explained... it takes a full 20 seconds of lovely music and vaporising gas to finally get the voice to say "during the test we monitor the temperature and the testing process - ok nice to know but why what's the importance? is it likely to catch fire or explode ??? good stuff to know you know. and we see this vaporising happening at an increasing rate until 3mins 36 seconds... ok but why is it suppose to be increasing - is it good or bad or even safe or are you looking for a specific flow to the vapour before moving on to the next step? right after this at 3min 36 seconds we see the temp has risen to over 10 degrees higher then the setting- is this equipment error, something to monitor and watch out for, is it safe? and finally you end with removing the vile's from the ice buckets (you don't explain this but its a good guess on my part) and transferring it (without gloves or eye protection btw) in to tiny viles for testing - reason i mention eye wear is for safety obviously but the gloves are also to prevent contamination which may impact your results. each of these points i have are could easily be a 5 min or under video on there own which could be a playlist for this process and last video being the full process done highlighting each bit with its corresponding video titles or playlist entry number. this video is just lazy editing as it currently stands.
