So what did you do with the ground
got rid of the black splice piece at the end of the harness, I installed a regular terminal from the auto parts, I soldered it & put everything back the way it was, done.
Do you know how can i take the TCM off? I already removed the three bolts holdinfg the tcm and the nut for the lever that holds the shift cable, but it wont come off. cx9 2010 Thank you.
@@cesarcarranza42 the part that is located at the end of the shift cable on transmission side is not the TCM, more than likely it's the transmission range sensor/switch for P-R-N-D-3-2-1 the TCM must be located at a different spot.
@ TCM is located under the air box where the shift cable attaches to a lever attached to a shaft that goes through the TCM in to the transmission to changes between gears. And has three bolts. No question about it. This lever that goes through is the one I am having difficulties removing, not sure if it has a locking mechanism.
@cesarcarranza42 I don't know for sure, but if there is no nut, or clips, it's just a bushing just popping it out with a flat screw driver that usually works, or a clip removal tool.
Hola buen día tengo un problema con una outback 2014 2.5 el motor fue reconstruido 2 veces pensando que algo andaba mál pero sigue con el mismo problema moja las bujías excesivamente de gasolina por lo cual no enciende tenemos chispa el tiempo está correcto ya cambiamos todos los sensores existente la computadora y módulos los descartamos porque el coche funcionaba perfectamente antes ustedes podrian darme una orientación se los agradeceria bastante gracias
@@juanbugarin9112 revisa la lectura del sensor de la temperatura, ECT sensor. tiene que darte una lectura parecida a la temperatura del Lugar donde vives con motor en frio, desconecta los conectores a los injectores y revisa si al dar marcha Sigue mojando las bujias, revisa la presión de gasolina, revisa si el regulador de presión está trabajando.

@@kostiantynchemerys6025 BCM has nothing to do with immobilizer, at least this vehicle in particular did not, if yours has mechanical key to start the car, the vehicle in the video had smart keyless entry. BCM was plug & play.

@SoulForMany i installed a used one and fobs worked without reprogramming. But the original issue is still there. Might be bad BCM too? Considering buying a new one, but they are not returnable unfortunately.

El fusible
necesitas mirar el video desde principio a fin, si no llega la corriente al solenoide entonces el problema ésta por el lado del fusible.

My hero!! I replacer the blower motor resister and burnt wire harness behind the glove box and thought I had this issue fixed but no......... the %^&$@ blower would STILL cut out on me from time to time. I then discovered the other problem: A bad ground. But where?? Yep, it was just as shown. Now identified, my way to resolve the issue was to retain the bolt and scrapped the OEM grounding box. I kept the metal leads on the conductors but trimmed them to make the leads narrower. The leads were then crammed in an oversized terminal eyelet (one with a hole large enough to accommodate the bolt) crimped in place and then soldered for good measure before reattaching to the fender wall with the original bolt. I have ground like crazy now, and this WON'T be coming apart! Like so many automotive issue, the repair is Simple Simon--- IF.......................you can only diagnose the causation! Also another issue my Patriot is doing is after the ac just stopped working....a few days later it started blowing all the sudden but here is what is crazy is my Ac was turned completely off on ZERO. When it was blowing it was just straight air it wasn't cold....it felt just like the fan was on but it only blew like that for only 3 to 4 minutes only. So do ya think that could be the same issue mine is having?
if you turn the knob for the blower motor switch, you should feel a smooth dragging feeling on your fingers, if the switch is too tight to turn, or to lose when turning, it could be the switch is melting from the inside.

I followed all the steps here but when I get to the clip inside the instrument cluster, it is either broke or it is different, can not get it disconnected there is not tab to move or anything to press down on it looks nothing like the one you are showing. what can I do?

If my screen is just very dim does that mean it needs replaced?
could be, make sure you didn't turn the dimmer switch too low, or light brightness to the minimum in your instrument cluster, when the information center display goes out, the screen is bright, you just can't see/read anything.
@@evoixdelaluz crazy thing is when I search for my dimmer switch it says it is the right of the steering wheel with plus and minus sign but there is not this on my car.?
Video is great description of whole process. One correction, on my 2013 Escape SEL, the screws holding the instrument panel togeether needed a T-10 torks driver, not T-15. Thanks. Only too half an hour and aaved $$$

pones el piston #1 en punto muerto, y quitas cada tensor sin que se afloje la cadena, si se afloja la cadena y se brinca, se mueve el tiempo y tienes que poner a tiempo ótra vez.

para darle mantenimiento a las cadenas, tensores, o engranes de sistema no, se puede hacer con el motor en el carro.

Le echaré una revisada, ya que mandé la camioneta a cambio de empaques de cabeza y regresó con un tracaleo, cuando está fría y la enciendo hace un tracaleo como 3 segundos y luego desaparece, después de eso no vuelve a sonar hasta que está fría nuevamente, ni siquiera acelerando fuerte hace el sonido. Pienso que quizá dejaron algo mal o algún tensor está fallando.

no estoy seguro, pero casi siempre la manguera de presion o salida es la que es mas ancha de diametro.

the display does not retain any data such as odometer counts, it's just a screed that displays messages & numbers.

A $1000 HEADLIGHT that's ultimately going to haze over with oxidation, no thank you. They weren't as bright as I thought they would be either.
nothing wrong with them, I've been using the truck for two years now, headlights work, they are very bright, I just don't know how you are able to come up with such wrong assumptions.
Every headlight no matter how much they cost are going to haze over from UV from the sun. Also all the lights I’ve purchased on eBay over the years have all hazed from the sun. So since they all do it, I just buy the $80 ones and save the money. Just my two cents.
@@ninjazxdI’m sure Alpharex and Morimoto both come with an UV coating so I doubt they will haze over, these aren’t your run of the mill eBay lights. They can be cleaned up like new if they were to haze over with mother’s aluminum polish and a buffer wheel in under 5 minutes.

There are more clips than shown in the video, previous owners probably broke them off by yanking
there are three bolts, no clips, besides the ones holding the black rubber piece on the inner side of the headlight.
Do yourself a favor and buy the Milwaukee.
The Milwaukee inflator is def better. The snapon is painfully slow.
i have a milwaukee one and is painfully slow as well milwaukee tools are way over hyped
I have Milwaukee tools in my shop as well, the impact guns are very good. Snap on impact tools are not the greatest if I'm honest, I thought the Milwaukee tire inflator would be faster than the Snap on one, thanks for the feedback. 👍
I noticed the Snap on one is a bit slow, but it's definitely slower if I hooked the air hoses to the main line to inflate a tire, one or two minutes slower is not to bad.
@@TsunauticusIV All battery inflators will be slow. We have both the SO and the Milwaukee at the shop there isn't really much difference at all. These are for emergency/convenience use, not to replace your air hose so it doesn't really matter.
My 02 accord has trouble starting up for the first start up of the day I have to cycle the key 4 times let it set for like 10-30 seconds and then it starts up! But as soon as it starts I can turn it off and it fires right bqck up

No, but is best if you don't turn the key on while removing the instrument cluster, it will flag trouble codes for a missing instrument cluster module not present.
