มุมมอง 2692 หลายเดือนก่อน

Lovely shot at 6:34. Nice.
Hi Ken Great footage considering the rut wasn’t good !! Where I’m based the rut was the worst in my 30year of studies on red deer !! Reason as there was absolutely not one single acorn to be seen for the deer to feed on !! So the hinds went and feed on grass land fields !! So the hinds who are in charge of the rut , didn’t even get into forest 🌳!! So definitely there feed is more important than mating !! But obviously they do come into season! But stags have to stay in locations with them !! Hope that answers why the rut was so bad ! Seems to be the same with other contacts I have over the uk here !! Great channel just subscribed 👍
Thats very interesting! thanks for the explanation.
Thanks for info, I was thinking maybe I just had over anticipated what I would see, but it seems every where is the same

Thanks really enjoying your Videos too great for tips for places to go also
Swallows are difficult, erratic high speed flight. I tried a couple days ago with a large group feeding- hundreds of photos, one barely adequate image.
Yes, it is hard . I think the shot is there for everyone, but it's going to take a little practising and time . Hopefully we both master it. 🙏
Hello. I'm a new friend here. A birder from Singapore. I think your Nikon D7500 camera can shoot barn swallows because I have seen birders who get good images with the same camera. Maybe you need a lot of practice to photograph birds in flight. Anyway, thanks for sharing this video. I really enjoyed it. A big LIKE from me. Happy birding!!! 👍🔔
Yes, practising is something I need to do. I totally agree there . I can not pan fast enough or hold the camera steady from an injury I had.. I'm using a gimble, I would have more freedom if I could pan freehand. But I won't give up. Thanks for the message
Great stuff Ken.
Thanks Dave
I'm a new friend here from Singapore. Amazing footage of kingfisher. Thanks for sharing your birding adventure. 1 LIKE from me. Happu birding. 👍🔔

You have a new subscriber my friend!😊It's not easy maintaining a small TH-cam channel. I know from experience. Although the trouble with me is I don't make enough videos consistently.
thank you, Get out more and enjoy life
Great photographs! Was just in Scotland and wanted to get a photo of one of these. Unfortunately they kept their distance. Hope to one day come back to either Ireland and Scotland to photograph a cuckoo.
Its a great experience and I think something special when hearing the cuckoo
