Too 'boxy' for me, but nice Taco overall. I own a ICE CAP 2023 limited, and still working on upgrades; 2" lift, 17" black TRD wheels, BFG KO2s, tinted windows, air defectors (not on hood), plus raptor lights on stock grill. Just a tip, in that you might want to consider blurring out the license plate.
@@RetJetFxr yes the cap isn't for everyone. And anyone can find me, license plate or not....I'm fairly easy to find. But I appreciate it

Catharine Turner After years of physical therapy, I could tell something was different. the pain was intolerable and I couldn't do PT anymore......I basically couldn't do anything.

I chickened out of the surgery today. I'm gonna try again, but I'm so nervous
it's so normal to be nervous! no one does something like this without second thoughts! you're definitely not "chicken"! :) Listen to your physician /physical therapist...... follow their advice...... for me, I wish I had done this 7 years sooner. I just passed my 1 year anniversary! back pain and sciatic pain free! and I was at a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5. :)
I'm having it done tomorrow morning. Thank you so much for the video and info.

I'm 6 weeks out from Microdiscectomy and still in pain. When did you start to feel "normal"? I'm hoping to be OK by 3 months time.
I really began feeling normal again after about a month. Remember, we all have different disks that are affected as well as varying degrees of herniation. As a side note, I'm 6 months out and 100% healthy with this. You'll get there! :)

I'm over 4 weeks since surgery.... Doing extremely well. The incision has healed very well. I'm walking over 2 miles every morning and making sure to not sit for long periods of time throughout the work day. I have absolutely zero pain in my right leg. Only had one day of lower back pain last week due to being in a car for 4 hours.... I won't be doing that again for a little while..... No regrets so far!!

I'm sorry I didn't make a video yet..... In short, all is fantastic! A little lower sore back pain here and there but that's it. The incision is healing rapidly. I can't do my morning exercises for another 3 or 4 weeks..... Or drive for about another week.... Although I feel 100%.....ill do a video this week.... No regrets.... Recovery has been unbelievably awesome.....
Also.... Was off pain meds and muscle relaxer the following Monday.... 3 days after surgery.... Used Tylenol that Tuesday in the morning.... That's it!
Pob 1....I was more nervous about going under than the actual surgery.... You have absolutely nothing to worry about. (of course it's a normal feeling you're having). They will give you a "happy shot" which was an indescribably wonderful feeling for me. Then the mask.... Smells good :). Breathe deeply.... Next thing you know, they are waking you up. Best of luck to you. I know what you're going through. Stay calm, let them do their thing. All will be good for you!

Going under is extremely easy and feels very pleasant. I was nervous about that too.... But there's nothing to worry about. :) Good luck! You'll do great
