I didn’t agree with everything Harris said, but damn it, I had enough sense to not vote against my own interests. I thought most veterans who relied on their disability to live like I do would do the same. It’s not like it wasn’t mentioned and people who voted Trump were blindsided. They knew. Wasn’t worth it in my opinion. Especially since he’s already backtracking his promises.Fool me once….

That's only if you're granted 100% disability. DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO BE DECLARED 100% DISABLED? *You must be taking an OPIOID, OR OPIATES Before You Can Be Declared 100%!* THE V.A. DOESN'T DISPENSE OPIOID OR OPIATE MEDICATIONS ANYMORE NO MATTER HOW MUCH THE PAIN. *Get rid of the medication then we can get rid of the vets on disability!!!* IT TOOK 25 YEARS, AND OVER 5 HEARINGS, PLUS HAVING RADIOLOGIST TAKE IMAGES OF MY SPINE, AT MY HOUSE FOR PRESENTATION AS EVIDENCE OF MY INJURIES, The V.A. Refused My Possession Of All Medical Images, And Prohibited Any To Be Presented In My Case. *THE DOCTORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COMMENT ABOUT THE INJURIES SUSTAINED, AND MUST AVOID ALL DIAGNOSES OF DISABILITY!* The doctors can testify to verify if a patient is disabled. But it's not allowed. *ANY CARE OUTSIDE OF THE V.A. HEALTHCARE SYSTEM CAN, AND WILL VOID ALL DISABILITY CLAIMS!* Says so in the contract. Now they're telling vets they can see whatever doctor they want without telling the consequences of doing so. THE INJURIES MUST BE DOCUMENTED IN YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS! *You idiots think all we need to do is say we need it.*

Property Taxes is a big one, most states you have to be 100% to be exempt and some income thresholds! Illinois only have to be 70% and no income threshold!!!!

Thank you for the update, appreciate it, just another question, we hear that they (the MAGAs) want to get rid of the 10% unemployability rating, want to privatize the health care by moving all vets to Obama card ( which will be put into Medicare advantage, which has failed.millions and very expensive), and finally, VA comp.is considered discretion spending as opposed to mandatory spending which makes it easier to cut. What have you heard, thank yoj...

The left and the media are attempting to mislead you. It is crucial not to believe the unfounded claims surrounding this project. The so-called Project 2025 is a concept put forth by a think tank group that has no actual ties to Trump or his agenda. It is important to differentiate between genuine initiatives and those that lack legitimacy.

Project 2025 is recommendations. Not policy. Policy takes time to make and that benefits us. The reality is we need to stay informed and advocate for ourselves. We also need to let politicians we will vote against anyone who hints they will support cutting veteran benefits. Make this a way to end a politician's career. And we do not need to go after each other.

There’s a lot of undeserving veterans out there, getting compensation they don’t deserve. Not all veterans are equal. And not all compensation should be equal. A pog who deployed and heard mortar fire outside of his airbase and claims ptsd from it, compared to combat MOS who deployed to a actual danger area killed, saw a lot of death and horros and claims ptsd is clearly different, should be investigated and compensated properly.
