@@AlexMelen The other button next to low range ;). Its basically a drift mode were during driving / steering the inner wheel is beeing braked and the outer wheels are accelerated which reduces the turning radius.

Lol! Mercedes is dropping the EQ brand by the way. Going forward, electric models will live along side ICE models instead of being part of the EQ brand.

I haven't seen BYD do this kind of stuff yet? Rivian was trying to but they gave up.

Great suggestion! The only reason I didn't do that is that it requires to pay for wifi in the car. We have wifi on the kids phones and don't do enough long trips to justify car wifi. Otherwise, the firestick is a great way to stream on these cars.

The radiator has 3 fans on the outside of it (can't really see in the video). The case itself has been great, one of the easiest cases I've ever worked with.

You know, I never liked the G63, but the 2025 ones are A LOT better. Mercedes finally updated the interior and tech. I personally liked the G580 more than the G63 - more instant torque, more planted feel. But it was close. The exhaust note on the G63, with the side mounted exhausts, can't be beat!

@@Deletedguy Not if it's a Taycan! Resale on these have been horrible lol. Still a great car and I still got an EV again (just got a G580, check out my comparison review of it).

Will do, thank you! So-far, I'm seeing about 20% more then I had on my Taycan (the Taycan comparison video is coming soon!). I think they really could have provided more range - it's a bit low compared to the newer EVs (like 2025 Taycans for example). What's interesting though, is around town, I'm getting almost 30% more range/efficiency. I guess the G-Wagon shape is just not great for highway driving efficiency.

It's been one of my favorite cars I've ever owned. There really aren't many negatives but if I were to nitpick, I miss the feeling of shifting gears and the sound of an exhaust. However, the instant-torque and other benefits of an EV are so great that I'd only get an EV going forward.

@@basti1993x That will depend where you're located. In my area (North NJ) the public charging infrastructure hasn't been great. It's definitely gotten better in the last 4 years, but still has a long way to go. If you're never charging at home, a Tesla would probably make more sense. However, even though I'm a huge Elon Musk fan, there is definitely something very special about owning a Porsche, and specifically a "Turbo" Porsche. I'm listing my car on cars&bids later today by the way if you're interested or know anyone who is. I was given an option to take delivery of a 2025 G580 (electric g-wagon), so that unfortunately means it's time to sell the Taycan.
