Ooo I’m so excited to try Mija Seoul! Btw for the tonkatsu restaurant you’re actually supposed to grind the sesame seeds in the bowl it was in! There’s ridges on the inside of the bowl which helps grind it! And then you would pour sauce into the ground sesame! Great video btw :)
