Actually it is the wrong approach because manager engineers are indirect cost of the project and their cost is constant throughout the project we need to calculate here only the direct cost of the project which is coming from material machinery and labor working hours....

Formula for damage as per 10.3 = 0.05% X number of delay days X ( Contract Price - Achieve Payment _on date from milestone) Doubt= if eot is grants for some days new milestone will create in this senerio what be the day from we imposed the damages 2. Price is total contract price or the (Contractor Price - IPC price from which damage start) If you know kindly write in comment
