@@danielhaltom6595 the CD is 2mins, and using it into Evoker is, in fact, a DPS loss. If you use it they will use bleed dispel, and you will lose ALL your DoTs, and they can do it a second time before deathmark is back. So, just pressing that one global means evokers get to dispel your bleeds twice. If you don't use it they will never dispel your bleeds because they all wait for their deathmark weakaura to flash, so you never lose any DoT and do more damage

The on use trinket isn't so great for Assa because you don't have great burst abilities to sync it with. Since you do a lot of sustained damage with the current builds having a main stat proc at random times will always be good, since your damage is very consistent throughout a match. When we have full gear eventually I plan on having around 10% haste, between 15 and 20% versa, and as much mastery as possible. That will mean 4P on all but hands, crafted items on all slots with Versa Mastery except 1 ring with mastery haste, and the passive trinket (I tried on TR to see the stats). If the builds change, or nerfs/buffs happen, I may reconsider but right now that's what I go for!

At the very least I'm starting to feel like the dmg/healing numbers are a bit much becuase they clutter the omnibar part a lot. But I don't really have time to work on my UI at the moment.

These are just visual, to only display spells with a cooldown. The bars with keybinds and spells are hidden

It's more than a feeling to be far, Assa isn't keeping up with how many defensives and how much mobility most specs have. Plus, it deals slow damage, you can't just 100-0 someone in 4s like most specs can, so you don't get to steal games randomly due to a huge crit

Yes, it feels a bit rough as Assa right now due to that... Evoker Disintegrate stacking slow is very annoying alongside those you mentioned.

No, use Wound

It is more valuable to stun, silence and aoe rupture at start than using ambush to apply marks. Sometimes I can do it while doing everything else I want to do during Subterfuge, sometimes I an't. To me the important points of the tree are Corrupt the Blood, Follow the Blood, and Ethereal Cloak anyway, and these don't require the mark to be applied. I will upload more when I have more, but I haven't played Shuffle since the day I recorded this one video, the bracket feels a bit ... stuck around 2k-2k1.

It's not easy, and you often lose. Too many slows, too much range, too much damage while assa does RP walk and takes insane damage.

I always hold it until they crack first and use the dispel. The thing is, using it early just prompts an immediate dispel, and then they can press it on CD for fun and still have it next Deathmark. That, plus if you want to have pressure/tempo/however you call it, if you don't Deathmark you have your normal damage with your bleeds, and if you press DM then you duplicate your bleeds for a few seconds (the time the Evoker is in a Kidney for instance), then he dispels and you lose everything, so with the time to reapply everythingyou end up having less damage (since now you have 0 bleeds) than if you hadn't pressed. The only argument could be the 30% Nature Damage Bonus after Deathmark, but right now Nature damage in PvP is very low, and you have no way of reliably spamming Envenom, so you don't want to Deathmark during a go solely to proc that buff by forcing a dispel because it's not useful. You can do it OUTSIDE of a go though, when having bleds displled isn't too important and you were going to reapply anyway. That way you just get a free 30% Nature Damage bonus in case you get to press a few Envenoms within the next 30s. I hope I made sense!

You may be using the airborne irritant talent, one down from blind. Swap that to gouge and it should fix your issue.

It's 5s by default in PvP now (it was nerfed a lot, people didn't want Rogue to be able to Sap off Blind...), but there's a talent that makes it AoE, reduces CD, reduces duration (meant for PvE, it's a good AoE stopcasting in Mythic+). Make sure you don't have that. If you don't then you just blinded a target who was on DR.

Deathstalker, but oftentimes I don't waste a global on Ambush if there are better ones to press. The important talents aren't the ones tied to the mark anyway. It's just a bonus imo (granted, one that I need to play around a little more than I currently do, but it feels awkward to do).

I am willing to but i've been working very long days ever since the season started (unsurprisingly I don't get a living from the game :p), and I gotta play a bit when i finally have free time to have things to say in videos, so I haven't had time to do it yet.

I'm in the same boat man! I keep going back and forth between the 2. I'm nervous about committing to feral because I think nerfs are coming and I'm afraid they will move away from bleed damage like they seem to do every expac with feral.

Feral is performing much better right now. If performance is what you want, then pick Feral. If you decide to choose depending on what you like most, then ... only you can really decide ! Gearing is rather easy with the vendor and no vault to farm, so playing both could be possible too !

One does mostly DoT damage the other does only direct damage.

well outlaw doesn't have dots, when you press a spell it damages the enemy and that's it, assa puts damage over time on enemies so not much damage happens when you press a button but over time it deals alot. Sub right now does both of that ° has high burst and CC, it's by far the best Rogue spec currently

Everyone can configure their UI how they want. This particular player has a lot of numbers, bit another could have. A more cinematic kind of interface. It's just personal preference

It has started to bother me too, but without any number it feels naked too. I'm having a difficult time finding out a new way to make my UI that I actually like without it feeling alien. Or maybe I have to go through having to get used to it.

Assa doesn't actually have much pressure right now. Sub is a monster spec though

It might deal a bit less damage on its own, but it buffs all your other damage by 2% at all times thanks to Lethal Dose. Also it generates a lot of Combo Points!

It's not great right now, but in some match-ups people are very spread and you can't cleave much so Carnage and Scent for Blood aren't great, allowing you to pick KB and 4x Poison instead. It's nothing crazy though, and I usually prefer keeping the cleave build IN CASE people stack for one reason or another.

If u are really really consistent with the mechanics of Deathstalker, ist just better. But, u can mess it up soo ez, especially in Arena, that Fatebound is a better choice overall for the Average Rogueplayer. Slow is the Nr. 1 Enemy of Assa, and Fatebound can help in that department with either double step wirhin a given time or the slow reduction talent. Fatebound also does good dmg too. Its just easier.

I found deathstalker to be good when your able to cleave properly but the way these range dps can finesse there way around now fatebound seems more reliable and still does good dmg

7s Cloak is very strong, plus Deathstalker deals more cleave damage and I mostly play to cleave these days. Deathstalker played great with Ambushes is nice, even though it can be really impractical in arena. Fatebound can be very nice when you need extra mobility though.

Same as in 3s/shuffle but you put the points from Carnage and Crimson Tempest into Kingsbane and other single target talents to have some burst
