Don’t worry about shallows in your boat Bubba, it’s the same here…if it looks too shallow half lift the engine out of the water and go slow, or shallower and you run aground go up front and pole yourself off, or get out and push, like with the yak. My boat needs maybe 4* of water to float with the engine up…it is American, strangely enough…
