Pay it forward when you're in the position to do so! Two winters ago I was at the grocery store standing in the checkout line minding my business when suddenly I hear, "mam, is this all your getting?" I looked down in my cart at the 15 items I was set to purchase."yes," I politely replied. She then told the cashier to ring up my items on her tab. I was flabbergasted! I said," what?! OMG! Are you sure?! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She replied your welcome after I damn near teared up and gave her and what appeared to be her father a big hug. You see, I was overwhelmed with gratitude bc I was literally about to spend my last. I was struggling hard around that time but didn't appear to be...let's make that clear bc I never step out of the house without looking like I might meet my future husband! So her kindness helped my money stretch further and for that I was grateful! And people are always talking about how black women don't lift each other up...well the woman who paid for my groceries that day was a sister! A few weeks later when I was more financially stable, I took a page from that kind queen who helped lift me up and did the exact same thing for a sister, who had the same exact gratitude as I did! Moral of the story, there are still kind people in this world. However, you were right to have your camera on bc in addition to kind people there's also crazy ones too and they are very much unpredictable and some hide their crazy extremely well. If you haven't done so already, when you're able to, pay it forward to someone in need so we can keep this selfless & contagious trend alive!

So, I slightly misspoke; YES, the Brut, (Wine 1) was my personal favorite but it paired well with the hot fudge cake, the Rosé paired with the cake...was mid. I actually say, while sampling with the dessert that"the Brut wins.” Then while closing the video, I said the Rosé was best overall because it was a good stand-alone wine *and* it paired well with the dessert - that's not what I meant exactly. It was just "alright" with dessert but still a good stand-alone wine. The Champagne was underwhelming as a stand-alone but paired deliciously with the potstickers! Essentially, the Brut and Rosé were both delectable as stand-alones, the Brut was great with dessert. Arguably, the best overall go to my favorite of the flight; the Brut.
