If they feel you overcharge them depending on the person they may not return. Always discuss cost prior to any application. Also yes, being late for your appointment with them may cause them to never return. If you speak a foreign language and always speak to your co workers or on the phone, they may not return. Having a home based shop is extremely difficult especially when you have children, the chemicals used to do nails are extremely potent, most states mandate exhaust systems in salons however you won’t have one at your home, I don’t recommend doing nails at home, but I understand that’s all some ppl can do.
