Work is good for the soul and It brings many benefits more than just income it facilitates social connection provides structure and accountability a chance to be of service to others and a reason to get up and out of the bed each day I'm disabled at 50 years old and not able to work anymore and sometimes I hear my friends say grumpily that they have to go to work and inside I always say to myself no you get to go to work - two similar sentences with two very different meanings

I am 66 and I have retired from one job and currently working another. Mostly for the medical benefits. My wife has cancer for the 2nd time and I will do what it takes for her. I'll retire when I want to.
