Good info, but kindly discuss some of the safety realities of doorknocking in 2024; like residents answering their door with a gun, aggressive dogs, and continuous, hostile responses. I can suggest far more fruitful and safe means of stacking your pipeline. We’re not in 1950’s Mayberry, Americans have valid home safety concerns, and 99.9% of people don’t want a stranger knocking on their door.

BUYER BEWARE... DR Horton is the low low low end of home builders. The homes are literally falling apart even BEFORE the unlucky homeowners move in. Every material used is the cheapest of the cheap and the poor workmanship of the UNskilled labor they contract out to. DR Horton's "Warranty" is a joke. They will ignore, postpone, pretend and when you think you might have to sue them... Forget it... You agreed to binding arbitration. DON'T BE A SUCKER!
