In to all things mechanical, love motorbikes and cars. Can't stop myself modifying and learning new skills. Hopefully I'll be adding some how to's when I can get my head around this all works.

Slippy Mud on Oxfordshire green lanes

Some muds are very slippery, some have lots of grip. Knowing the different kinds is handy if you want to stay upright. Not easy for me. #himalayan #greenlanes #motorcycle #offroad
Green lanes in Oxfordshire
มุมมอง 127ปีที่แล้ว
Part of the Ridgeway in Oxfordshire just outside Goring and Streatley. This particular section is just outside Ashdown Motorcross track which is of particular interest if you'd like to give that a go. Himalayan takes me anywhere I want to go. It's amazing on lanes like this. #oxfordshire #royalenfield #himalayan #motorcross #adventure #motorcycle #greenlanes
SUZUKI T500 race bike with a road legal MOT. Who would ride this on the road?

Suzuki T500 race bike with a UK road legal MOT. Kick or bump start. Great for a run to the cafe. Turns heads for sure. #racebike #suzuki #t500 #custom #caferacer #bikeshed #motorcycle
Green laning around Alton way on the Royal Enfield Himalayan
มุมมอง 85ปีที่แล้ว
This TH-cam and videoing is all new to us so forgive the poor quality. Great fun out on the green lanes around Alton UK. The three of us have Royal Enfield Himalayans. We made a decision if I sold my long term ZX7R which I had owned from new we would all get bikes to go green laning on. Hopefully over the next coming months we may be able to add some modification how to videos plus more ride ou...

Awesome bike pity about the insane shit muzick
@user-mc7hg4hv9t I don't even know what a Muzick is. Bikes been sold long time ago. My friend bought it for a bit of fun.
Why both NGK and Champion stickers?
Who knows, it was like it when we got it. Probably thought it looked good. It's been sold.
Those left side kick starters are a pain in the arse for old blokes with dodgey hips like me. Love the rear sets on this.
for the younger too
They can be swapped to either side.
HI, It is nice to see my Suzuki being appreciated and used. I was the one who built this motorcycle from a pile of scrap in order to make a road legal cafe racer. Then got carried away. After that it evolved into a full blown Barry Sheen replica but was loathed to take it out onto the track and damage it. Its very fas by the way. I ported the barrels to the same dimensions as the Suzuki Race TR500's. Unfortunately that does not lend them to road use as the power band is very narrow. Smokey at low revs. The Suzuki GT750 front brake worked well but I was not able to incorporate a close ratio gearbox at the time. Tank and seat unit were hand made especially by Peter Kyte. Proper Race Carbs. All paintwork and transfers by me. Wheel Rims are Yamaha. Brake Plate Stays are Titanium, as is the rev counter mounting bracket. AND, you may not have noticed but the heads were welded up and the plugs were relocated into the centre. You have a real treasure there, I wished I had been able to keep it. th-cam.com/video/OS4nxUVDbEM/w-d-xo.html It was also featured in Motorcycle Mechanics February 1999. www.flickr.com/photos/33843082@N08/albums/72177720314123894 #
i rode a rd 430 with nearly 70 bhp which won many races and championships in forgotten era and earlystocks in the early 90s, which rode brill on the road, we even did a drag motor at 86 bhp microns dyno 91, and use to run it in on the road
😉 'promosm'
Air /oil cooled, hub brakes, bias- ply tires. Looking at the side view. You can actually see daylight through the thing. Doesn't need a slipper clutch or any other electronic band aids. Looks like it was built to be rode hard, put away wet. Dam straight I would ride that bike on the street. Nice touch The owner closed the shop door before starting. So you both could hot box the place taking a big hoot of that Castor Oil before sharing with the locals. Thanks for sharing. Cheers
Just a very narrow strip down the middle of the screen makes for very poor viewing.
Yes you are right, unfortunately we're not experts at this TH-cam business, just a bit of fun so we can watch it back when we get home.
Seems like all himalayans hate the water 😂
The boys are doing well, the weight doesn't go in their favour 👍
@@OrangeManStan Definitely, those kind of puddles terrify me! Look like some decent trails though, I'll definitely have to take a look next time I'm at loomies
Do buster hill when its really wet! Its not far from loomies... cracking video ,nothing better going out on the lanes with your mates.
We'll look that up and give it a go 👍
The commentary made me laugh! Love to see bikes being used. Great video. :)
Awesome thanks for the video!
Just got love a Himmy , made me laugh
LONG LIVE TWO-STROKES! That sound...that power...that smoke! Love 'em! 😂❤
T 500 only 40 hp 😂
Great videos man, nice to see a fellow himalayan rider!
Have you heard about carbon monoxide
Yes, It oxidizes to carbon dioxide and plants love it.
My brother raced one of these that was tuned by Bubba Shoeberts tuner, It was time by radar at 130mph by the Ohio Hyway Patrol. When Brother came to UK at Mallory Park he was talking the Barry Sheene and Barry said they were not getting much more power out of the works racers. But they were muck lighter.
It's a lovely looking bike, my friend only rode it a couple of times. Crazy little bike 👍
I'll ride it ,stunning machine 🤟💯🤠🇬🇧
Pelo menos dá para se divertir com o number plate dela
how much ?
It sold in the Auction for around £6,000
And people say my Z900 swingarm looks small. I look back at pictures of my KZ1000 and others and see how things have changed. Love T500's, especially yours.
It's now sold, it went for around £6k on the auctions
