WE ARE GOING BACK - Domwe Island - The Lake Malawi Experience #10
This is a video I will kickstart my channel with. I haven't been able to find the time to make movies for this channel. Now things clear up and I will show you what I have been doing with my time :-)
This is also another episode of the Lake Malawi Experience, where we travel to Domwe Is. that is a big island and apart of the Cape Maclear National Park. Very nice area and a lot nice fish. We didn't had that many dives and that is also the reason why there is so few species involved.

These footage are from one of my trip in 2018. I got into some problems with Otters. Normally they see you and swims away, but not these ones. This video show the naturel behavior of the Numbochromis linni. It is my favorit predator in the Lake Malawi. These small ones is caught in October 2018 at Mbenji Is. Just purchased 2 females from Ron's cichlids just wondering are they a hybrid of 2 order cichlids
The ones you got or they fish itself? The fuelleborni is real fish the lake, as you can see:) Why you thinking that. The fuelleborni is highly known all the way around the lake.
The guy I ordered them from said they where rare on his website and he call them trewavasae ikwasi cichlids, that's all I know but I see they mouth different from my mbuna african cichlids, I'm just knew to them
If I knew how to post a video I would show you they just arrived today, my lady put them in the tank before I got off work
Wow...the name should have been Lake Malawi National Park World Heritage Site and NOT Cape Maclear National Park. Cape Maclear is just one of the 5 enclave villages actually the biggest village of the 5 within Lake Malawi National Park.

Wow. I remember diving there in the 80s. The water clarity was like swimming in a crystalline water. And hundreds and thousands of fish. Chambo, kapmpanga and the cichlids and huge ones too.

So happy to see you back on TH-cam. I really hope to visit Malawi in the near future. It has always been a dream to go. My other travel dream was Australia and I’ve been there 5 times now. It’s time to make it to go to Lake Malawi. Until I do, I’ll just have to enjoy your under water footage.

There is these 3 species - Labeotropheus fuelleborni (Makanjila Point), Metriaclima zebra (Gome Rock) and Metriaclima callainos (Chidunga Rocks).
