    This is not a meditation but a breathing exercise, but it is very good and helps a lot.

      Based off of what definition?

    • @rpralica
      @rpralica 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@thefitnessprojectco The exercise is a few minutes and the meditation at least 10 minutes. The second thing is that there are no meditation elements here, but only breathing exercises, which, by the way, is not full breathing, but it is from the stomach, which is perfectly fine.

      @thefitnessprojectco 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Respectfully, you seem to have a very limited view of what meditation is. There isn't a time requirement for meditation to be a meditation. Meditation is the practice of focusing ones attention. The goal of doing so is that it brings you back into the present moment. Certainly, there are meditative practices that go beyond this time frame, but to the beginner, this is a meditation practice that they can start with.

    • @rpralica
      @rpralica 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@thefitnessprojectco I agree that he can start with this, but I say again that this is not meditation. Meditation cannot be one minute, it is just an exercise. Meditation should consist of three parts: Introduction or preparation, meditation itself and the exit from meditation. It does not have to be in meditation should always focus on something, an example of this is TM because there is no focus on anything.

    Shoulders, look at your shoulders! My shoulders are like that and they have been something I’ve glared at and criticized my whole life. Great questions here. I'm glad the videos are helpful! :) We do have a couple of podcasts on this. I think this will be a good one to start with for you: th-cam.com/video/igdHt1XskG8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=KC2Ol8bnyXCI83zA In essence, the "healthiest" foods are those closest to their source i.e. those one ingredient foods (sweet potatoes, fruits, vegetables, meats, etc), but no foods are "good" or "bad." What would you say is your overarching goal, friend? I can give you some more specific feedback from there :)

    Weekly tracking. Disclaimer that of course we're all different, and I don't want to extrapolate too much from myself. But I've had basically zero unwanted weight fluctuations since I "discovered" weekly tracking, just looking at weekly averages. And pre-planning the "looser" days, while still ensuring that my weekly average totals up to a deficit/maintenance. It makes diet fatigue way less when I know that I can have some more fun foods on this day here, and then make up for it in some other days. As opposed to thinking I gotta diet for 16 weeks straight, it just feels neverending. But I also have a very specific type of personality, I like to work with numbers and data and all this kinda stuff. May not work for everyone. I also like to have some small amounts of fun foods here and there in general. I've just accepted that the portions will be small. And then sometimes I skip them, and have bigger portion on, say, Friday. Just to chill a bit. But the average calories stay the same.
