I found that putting more slip stitches on the beginning of the arm gets rid of the seam bumps

This tutorial was short, sweet and to the point. I chose it based on the time because it's about half of what the other are. I don't understand why theirs are so long, and I'll never find out. I've completed my hat, and I'm in love with it. I love how you gave us measurements, as opposed to just the amount of rounds because it turns out that my tension is a bit more tight than yours. Here are some tips as someone who has attempted to make it using smaller yarn with a 2.5mm hook: - shoulder to shoulder means LITERALLY shoulder to shoulder - chain a multiple of 3 for your start, even if your shoulder to shoulder measurement doesn't quite fit that you can just add a couple of stitches to make it a multiple of 3 - the neck hole starting with the chain-> chain a multiple of 4 so that all the double crochets fit - this takes a WHILE so get some tea and sit there crochetting - try it on multiple times! - if you insert the double crochet into the chains rather than the squares your bolero will be less stretchy but it will look crisper - if you think the panels are long enough, they probably aren't. try it on and then make it shorter or longer depending on if you like it that way or not - small yarn + small hook = smaller squares + longer crochetting time - its okay to start over if you dont like the way it looks and know how to fix it Goodluckkk
